Brio Tuscan Grille

Had a nice Sunday lunch at Brio for Father’s Day. Nice atmosphere a nice selection of food to choose from. The place was busy but it was a holiday other than that a nice place to have lunch.

I had the chicken limone and my sister had the chicken carbonell. They were both delicious.

I tend to critque restaurants by simply requesting a salad. If a salad is poorly created with mediocre veggies what else can be of better quality? With this said, I ordered the chopped salad with a mushroom soup. All I can say is that I’ve had excellent supermarket all ready bagged salad… Brio’s had old and yellowing lettuce… nothing green about it… with super diced tomatoes… small tidbits of cucumber, red onions, a little feta and about 16 thinly sliced of black olives with a vinaigrette. Mediocre for sure. I’m sure you can find better in a dumpster. Sorry Brio… your kitchen should have never sent this out. I was with a few people and decided not to be «one of those people» who complain and send things back. Had I been alone or with my husband I would have.
The soup, served in a bowl you’d serve cereal to your toddler was OK… it was way over salted… two other people made the comment and I agreed. Never to return… oh, the Pinot Grigio I ordered was almost room temp. The bitter taste of the experience will linger.

Beautiful place. Food is so extremely overpriced, even for pembroke gardens. $ 20 for a basic pasta that i couldve concocted better at home with no salad or anything? We didnt even get bread until we asked! Very disappointed with their Italian selection and I dont think anyone at our table was raving with the outcomes of their meals. No one cares about quality in this area, its all about the markup and superficial social scene. If u actually give a dang about good food then save your money and go to Olive Garden… where the food actually tastes good and your bill wont be $ 100

We went for my sisters 30^th bday party. All I can say is great food and great service. Everything was hot and delicious. This was first time here and I will definitely be back.

Food and service really good here. Had the lobster ravioli and shrimp and it was fantastic. The flourless chocolate cake was sinfully good!

Absolutely delicious Tuscan perfection. Wonderful family friendly atmosphere where we ladies really enjoyed ourselves for mother’s day. Kind of on the expensive side but worth every penny. With each passing dish being brought out to the surrounding guests we grew more intrigued to experience all the dishes first hand. Once we received our selections this place did not disappoint. Everything was magnificent the lamb the chicken the calamari. Simply delightful!

Food was great but the service was TERRIBLE. We sat at the outside bar with Michael and was pretty much ignored the entire time. For us to even get menus after sitting down took about 20 mins and then to get drinks took about another 15. My wine was served in the most disgusting glass, and it took us forever to get our check after asking for it. By the time it came I wanted to get out of that place so bad I didn’t even dispute an incorrect charge on my bill. I usually go the the Boca location where service is great. Never again to the pines location, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Enjoyed a nice happy hour catching up with a good friend. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the shrimp & eggplant appetizer (my fave), margarita flatbread, & caprese salad. The HH prices are also very reasonable. I ordered peach sangria and my friend had a Mojito. The drinks were tasty too, but my friend’s happy hour Mojito had to be upgraded to a premium beverage to include better quality rum.
Why only 3 stars? Because they require you to be outside in order to enjoy Happy Hour here– even in 96 degree heat and humidity.

Went the earlier Friday night for dinner. Place was empty since it was 6:30. We were seated immediately but it went down hill after that. Our waitress was a disaster. She didn’t know her specials, she took our bottle of Chardonnay and just left it at the table. I had to ask for a chiller. Salad and soup was brought out at the same time and, I am not kidding, the dinner was brought out within two minutes after that. We called the manager and he didn’t even care a bit. Her just apologized, took our meals back and never saw him again. This is a embarrassment for a restaurant. I will never go back again. Service and knowledge of the restaurant business is non existent.

Today we went to this Italics restaurant I can not give more stars for the service we get, I did ask for lime and came very late.
The fry calamari was good but the way the plate was serve looks messy with the two sauce came I like the white sauce with mayonnaise the red sauce only wet the fry calamari my suggestion is to serve the sauces separate. My second dish was the trout was a good dish very delicious no complaints at all

Food is good!
Service could be better! We had a problem with one of the waitress with a terrible attitude. And as a frequent client, I politely called the manager that said he would take care of it.
It didn’t occur because on the very next week she was there with the same attitude! That is a shame!
About food: lobster bisque is great as well as the tomato soup! Highly recommended!
The Carpaccio and Bruschettas are tasty as well.

We went for my birthday, we had a reservation for 6 @8pm., on a Saturday night. When we got there, the table that was ready was a booth, unfortunately it was too small. We waited for a table, and seeing we made reservations and we were waiting, the Maitre D/​hostess was so very kind and placed two tables together for us.
We had the best waiter, Jose! He made our birthday celebration a blast. He knew the menu, he gave us great suggestions and was kind and funny!
The food was delicious especially the Pork chops and the Lobster and shrimp ravioli! A table of 6 with 2 rounds of drinks and shots of patron our bill was under $ 300!
Great night!

The Quick: Fantastic happy hour, with lovely outdoor seating. Very impressed with this location, it does not feel like a chain restaurant.
The Details: The outside décor feels elegant like a Grecian vacation home. The happy hour specials are fantastic with strong drinks and delicious flatbreads. The classic margarita was extremely tasty. I’ve tried almost everything, and I’ve never been disappointed.
The Damage: Very reasonable if you go to happy hour, normal prices outside of this time.

The food was really good! And the atmosphere was very nice also our waiter Jose was super nice and friendly. Also loved that the food didn’t take long watsoever. Went with my best friend and we loved it !

I came so close to giving them 2 stars but Eh… I’m trying to find the right words where Im not too harsh but can relay my experience so here goes:
My family & I stopped by last night around 8pm, loud music was blasting from the outside seating area, it was happy hour or something of that nature. Lots of middle-​aged folk getting their drink on, I can support that… also after 9pm on the weekdays Bar Menu starts at under $ 4.
They took us to our table immediately upon arriving, sat us right behind the kitchen, where smoke possessed the restaurant (Ive never eaten at THIS location at night) the waiter took our drink order and after 20 mins finally brought out the bottled water & long island we ordered, he apologized that the bar was back up with orders… waiting so long for a drink makes you want to keep drinking, Brio might be the reason I develop a drinking problem.
Anyway, the waiter took our appetizer order 20 mins into our visit, it came out about 10 minutes later. The bruschetta quattro was excellent & a must if you have commitment issues to delicious bruschetta as I do. I ordered the Pasta Pesto which was a painful on the wallet, its only PASTA, nothing justifies a pasta plate over $ 15 unless its fresh made pasta… lets be real here.
My pasta pesto arrived looking like the best decision I made all week & it was. Flavor wise I added some more salt because I like to live dangerously, also asked the waiter to add some parmesan cheese to my dish… where he sparingly provided, unlike the mountain of cheese I requested but I was trying to act like a sophisticated & responsible individual with my affairs in order.
Since I have no self control, I ordered the tiramisu sharing size which made all my taste buds happy. It was smooth and creamy but sadly not enough coffee liqueur.
Pros: Excellent bruschetta. Delicious pasta. Decent long island.
Cons: Smoke filled restaurant. Long wait times for drinks. Very pricey for what you get.

I feel like Brio has the potential to be much better, but sadly they are only average at best. After having several meals here, there has only been one dish that I have found to be highly delicious, their Sweet Potato & Chicken Risotto.
It’s simply a flavorful risotto cooked with chicken and sweet potato, but the flavor just really stands out. The parmesan cheese and thyme compliment the creaminess of the risotto very well. Other than this dish, I’d have no reason to return to this location.

DISGUSTING! I just ate here not too long ago and what do I see a few days later? The local news reporting this restaurant shut down for 32 health violations. 32??? You’ve got to be kidding me!
This is a shopping area that is frequented by thousands of people every day. The fact that they would show such blatant disregard for the health and welfare of patrons that they are serving food and drink to is criminal. I can say with absolute certainty that I am never eating at this restaurant again.

This place deserves 0 stars and to be permanently closed down! Recently they were all over the news for 32 VIOLATIONS!!! They had roaches galore everywhere even in the prep area. The ice scooper was found with mold and «slime like substance». The dishwashing area was the same for soiled and clean dishes! To say that this is beyond unacceptable is a understatement. But to walk by on Friday night and to see that they’re open for business is an insult to the well being of us all. I don’t care if they were given the chance to clean up. The point is that as a company they allowed it to get so bad and as employees who saw the disgustingness day in and out and still served their patrons should be reason enough to shut them down for good. I WILL NEVER come here again.
Prior to this I’d been here several times even on New Year’s Eve. They had drink specials, brunch, and live music on Wednesday nights. Their food was always just ok nothing special. What kept us coming was the drink specials and the Latin band. Just thinking that I ate here makes my stomach turn now. No one should go there. If you want to eat at a place where roaches live and play then bon appetit!

Comida buena, servicio lento, hay que esperar 10 o mas minutos para una mesa, el carpaccio es gigante, las demás porciones son regulares de tamaño, la atención es buena, el Filet que pedí era well done pero me lo quemaron un poco a pesar de eso estaba increíblemente suave.

Muy buen ambiente, excelente atención, cuenten con wifi. La carta es bastante variada, Sin embargo la comida no es la gran cosa, grandes pero no demasiado buenos… No se si volveria…
