Great service. Nice and friendly staff. I have been here twice. A little crowded at lunch time, but they prepare your food very fast and good. Price was cheap. High recommended

Good healthy well prepared food and a helpful staff of servers sets this restaurant apart from most. I love the food and friendly service. The food is of high quality and moderately priced. You get value and wholesome food.

Ate there for the first time in years and it was actually very good! The employees were very courteous and friendly. The turkey was tender and juicy. The ham was very tasty. I enjoyed it and will be back again one day.

Ordered a family meal for 5: the new potatoes weren’t cooked thoroughly; they were hard and crunchy. To top it off, I pulled a piece of chicken out of my mouth by a strand of hair! It has grossed me out and infuriated me so much that I now know I’ll never go back. I’m giving a one star rating because otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to leave a comment. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted to have brought this home to my family.

This Boston Market needs new management. Had to wait 20min for meatloaf, and 5 min for corn after the meatloaf was ready. Chef then brought out corn that was cold extending my wait for another 5 to 10min. When I received my bag only to find out by time I arrived home I only received my sides. I had to go back to the Pembroke Pines location to pick up my meatloaf and chicken that was somewhat cold. Very unorganized and this place will need all the help they can get. I will never come to this location again and probably stop supporting this franchise all together.

I used to come to this particular Boston Market a lot. But over the past few years, this place seems to be on the decline.
The atmosphere in here used to be homely and nice. Now it’s dingy and generic. Doesn’t make you feel welcome at all. The menu hasn’t changed that much, but there have been some changes that are certainly noticeable. I remember they used to have fresh made salads and the best chocolate cake in the area. Now, no more.
The food is decent, but I miss the old place this once was. This place lacks soul.

Extremely rude staff aside from one Spanish women. I was ordering with thw spanish lady when another stafd member was talking with other employees because she was claiming I rolled my eyes. She then was cutting the chicken I ordered and i over heard the other employee tell her not to do it. The employee said «she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me watch, watch what I’m gonna do» An employee was telling her not too and i then told the women who was serving me I no longer want anything and walked out of the store and why I walked out of the store. The women obviously had issues, has no costumer services skills and the health department should see what they do to people’s food that they don’t like. It makes me want to never spend my hard earned money at any of the stores because of the type of people they hire. Extremely rude!

These people that work here are beyond rude. I went there last week and I said, «Hello» into the speaker and got zero response. I then waited to give them a chance to respond. Finally a rude lady came on the intercom a good minute later says, «I’m waiting on you.» I explained that I had said, «Hello» a minute or so before with no response. She then rushed me through my order and acted annoyed to even be speaking with me. I drove around to the front and got my food. I spoke with the manager about the lady on the intercom. It seemed as though this wasn’t the first time that someone had complained about this one individual.

If you’re looking for rich, yummy comfort food this is the place for a quick pick up. However, I will warn you… do not have this for lunch and expect to be functional at work. It gives you the straight up itis. I had the turkey meal with the sweet potatoes and creamy mac & cheese and the notorious corn bread. I ate all my food but shortly after, a double shot espresso couldn’t keep me awake.

Ordered a turkey carver and got a chicken carver combo. Not only that there was white hair in my food along with chicken bones in my sandwich.
As if this wasn’t enough, instead of a Mediterranean salad I got a chicken caesar salad.
It wasn’t even a new employee who prepared at the station, she had a red shirt (supervisor)and I’m assuming it was her white hair in my food.
Very disappointed because I love Boston Market.

We spent 15 minutes driving around the area to see what was open on Christmas Day. After almost giving up we noticed the Boston Market was open, or so we thought. We spend 10 minutes in line, once we get to the speaker box the we get a warm welcome. «welcome to boston market we are officially closed «
I tell the girl we have been waiting in line. *crickets* no response. I was so upset I just baked up and left.

It has been a hit and miss with this Boston Market. The staff was friendly last time I went, but not the time before that. It was also dirty and when you walked in, it had this strange smell.
The chicken that I got wasn’t fresh off the grill, but it was decent. I know I shouldn’t be expecting that much from Boston Market, but I just have a higher expectation.

Boston Market is definitely popular for lunch. I really hate going from 12 – 1. at 11:50am you beat the rush of them chicken eaters. Well, I am very happy to say they have two new sides… MORE YUM FOR YOUR TUM.
Go if you haven’t and try their garlic spinach.

I remember the days when I was that young school girl and I would exclaim, «this is the best chicken I’ve ever had!» whenever mom brought home family meal from Boston Market (I was young, okay?).
My family love their chicken, mashed potato with gravy, buttered corn and their corn bread and I still look fondly at our Boston Market family dinners.
It’s been years since I’ve last eaten Boston Market chicken. I think it’s high time I make another trip some time in the near future.
