1. Delivery estimate was 15 – 30. It arrived in 95 minutes. 2. This isn’t sushi, its orange colored goo wrapped in rice. I ordered 3 different rolls, as you can see they look exactly the same 3. They sent 1 package of soy sauce for 3 rolls of sushi. What the heck man?!

I ordered 2 Hakozuchi cakes. This was the worst sushi I have ever tasted in my life. The meat was inedible and the rice was completely stale. I mean this in the most polite way possible, but I wouldn’t have fed this food to a dog. I would never order from this place again. Unfortunately, Haru was closed.

I really should have read the reviews before impulsively ordering in the sushi combination dinner from Aashiya. Indeed, while the food arrived in a timely fashion, the spicy tuna roll was clearly made from fish past its due date, and most of the nigiri(save the salmon) was cut poorly resulting in unpleasantly chewy mouthfuls. the portion was generous, but given the poor quality of the fish, half of it ended up in the garbage. A waste of food, energy, money, and resources. Even as I type, I’m getting queasy. Yikes.

Awful experience. It tasted off to begin with, so i only ate 1⁄3 of my meal. It tasted too vinegary — like they didnt make the rice correctly. And the shrimp was super beefy and tough. But the real issue was that it made me very sick — definitely some sort of food poisoning. I will be staying as far away from the place as possible — and probably from sushi in general for a while.

This little place tucked away is a gem. Ambience: 4⁄5 Nondescript interior, but the scene was rowdy on a Friday night. A bunch of groups of young people doing sake bombs. Drinks: 5⁄5 beer and sake included, and they pour as fast as you drink. Food: 4/.55. While I expected bad food in an all-you-can-eat place, the rolls were awesome and all but one order of the sushi was fresh. Again, included on the price. Cost: $ 43 includes tip and tax, so it evens out to be on par with all the other places like this.

Awful sushi, not fresh! Ordered from seamless on sat morning, got awful food poisoning. Fish even tasted awful(and a few pieces I bit into got me super sick). Stay away…

Gawd, I’m still a bit traumatized from this place… in fact I still feel a bit queasy when I think of sushi since I ate here on the 12th(11 days ago!). I got the chirashi and ordered some separate sushi on the side, one piece of ikura and one piece of uni. BIGMISTAKE! The fish was awful, it tasted sour and fishy. I can still remember the distinct taste in my mouth now and it makes me want to gag. The uni was so disgusting I had to spit it out. Seriously, it broke my heart because I love uni and it felt like such a waste but that just tasted so wrong, I had no choice but to discard it. I didn’t get any poisoning or anything but I just felt very queasy all night. And I still can’t bring myself to eat sushi which is really really really really really sad because I normally love sushi. ugh… i hate this place and it’s lasting effects from that dab-nabbit bad fishy tastes!

Surprisingly pretty good sushi(notwithstanding the depressing décor) I dont know if Id come here for a dinner date but for lunch its perfect, and much less expensive than Suteishi(and I wouldnt say the sushi is worse, maybe even better…) good stuff, will definitely be coming back!

Surprisingly this place is really good. It was a random online order in hopes of finding decent sushi. Ordered the sashimi dinner and probably one of the best delivered sashimi out there. I was expecting subpar japanese food like with almost all online orders in FiDi. I would definitely order from here again!
