So, nothing has really changed… Still well-kept facilities, competent and kindly staff, but there are a few things that warrant my knocking off a star: — Every few months, I get an email letting me know that my monthly fee is being increased due to facility costs. I understand this kind of thing happens, but my fee has gone up an entire $ 15 a month since signing on, and since moving everything out is a huge pain, I’m kind of stuck paying it. While their lines of communication are usually pretty clear and my scheduled auto-pay has never been an issue, I do occasionally get an email in error telling me I’m past-due, and every time I get an email from them saying it was a glitch in their system. It’s kind of annoying to think you’re past-due when you’ve signed up for auto-pay. Again, the facilities are well kept and I find the staff to be very pleasant an easy to work with, so I won’t be moving my stuff out of here… yet. We’ll just have to see what my next proce increase is, I guess!

Gate hours are great, probably the best I found. Members can open the gate from 6am to 10pm every day, but you can also pay an extra $ 10/month for 24hr access. Management was really nice, payment is simple, and you get a $ 10 discount for filling out a survey online.
