The property is clean, reasonable prices. But most and for most, what really caught my attention is is Angela — the property manager. She is prob one of the most kindest people I’ve met! You can tell she works hard. I walked in this place with a frown on and left with a giant smile ! I actually told my manager I wanted to steal her and bring her to my company!!! Haha ! U can really tell she is a worker. !

In October 2014 I rented a space to store my truck in. I sign on this month to pay my bill and my unit is now 15.00 a month more. When I spoke to customer service they said that it’s in my contract that they can raise my rent. At no time did my representative who rented me the unit tell me about this policy of baiting me with a low rate then switching the rate to a higher rate as a reward for almost a year of tenancy and on time payments. The company also claims to have sent me a card explaining the rent increase. If that were true why am I calling you asking about why my rent is more? Bottom line is that this company is dishonest and this is a clear bait and switch situation. There are plenty of storage companies around who won’t try to rip you off. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THESE CROOKS!

truly a seamlees move in, but the true incredible thing was the very nice lady from eastern europe, who helped me move a true asset to both the customers and facility.

This place is horrible. The unit I rented wasn’t secure. If you pushed the door to the left it popped right open as the door tracks were worn out. I notified them and it took 3 weeks for anyone to help me. Did I get a credit for wasted time? NO! All they did was move me to a different unit. Today I decided to see if they fixed the door on the original unit. Nope! Someone has all their stuff in it and I was able to push the door right up even with it locked. This place is run down and they don’t give a damn about you.

Yes it is a nation chain with a good reputation. Yes, if they find that your unit was broken into they call you after locking it up. Yes, the staff are polite and act in a caring way. The problem is after several instances of break ins last year, they still have not installed a video surveillance system. Just sayin.
