I love any PC Richard (Don’t forget & Son) location, its a NY store that grew into a pretty large corporation.
This particular location is nice because if your on Sunrise hwy going out east, you can swing by for all your electronic needs.
This store used to have a death turn to enter the parking lot but somehow they magically changed the entire store for easier access.
(Nice job son of PC. Nice.)
Anyhoo, I swing in and I needed a new iPhone wire. Not that knock off wire that you get at crummy gas stations but a true blue, iPhone wire made in the republic of China.
I grab the first sales guy I see, he rings me up on the spot and I’m on my way.

My mother was hospitalized due to the heat. We ordered her an A/​C from PC Richards online and scheduled delivery and installation.
They promised to call with the delivery time. When we called they said the driver had called and we didn’t answer. Then they told us that our VM wasn’t set up and it was our fault. This is a lie.
My VM works just fine and calls from others were coming in with no problem. They called the wrong number and blamed the problem on us. That’s complete BS.
But I guess that with PC Richards the customer is always wrong.
We will never do business with these creeps again.

I like PC Richards in general very competitive and the displays are easy to read. Prices are clearly shown.
Big negative though, sales guys are very pushy when you walk in. There is a difference between a walk in greeting and getting hounded before you step off the welcome mat.
I go in to price shop and I can see the sales guys getting frustrated because they can’t seal the deal right away even after I drop a big hint I’m not ready to buy anything.
It really aggravates me, I worked commission sales before but they have to know how to read each customer differently.
I priced one item asked for a different style which was more money okay fine but as I was leaving magically a $ 200 option was only $ 20 bucks. Makes me wonder how big the markup is on each item
I still like to shop there but sales guys please cool off a bit

My wife, my father and I went to PC Richards looking for some specific products which we saw on the website. Daniel, the salesperson who helped us, could not have been more helpful. He found us what we wanted, and got us in and out fast! As long as he works there, this PC Richards will be my choice for electronics. The only downside of this store is getting into it. There’s a small lot in the front that’s near impossible to pull into/​out of. The side lot’s easier, but since the only entrance and exit are on a major highway’s service road, it can be frustrating to get in and out.

As soon as we walked in, we got service. Since we were actually in need of assistance & typically go to a PC Richard seeking some help from staff, this was very much appreciated. This was definitely a far cry from going to the locations in NYC where no one ever asks if you need help and you’re left to figure out for yourself if the store has what you want.
Our salesperson, Daniel was friendly, helpful and quite competent. He made the shopping experience pleasant & definitely went farther for us as customers than most sales people we’ve encountered while not pushing hard sales on us or acting like our worth was based on how much we spent.
I have to say we’ll definitely consider this location the next time we need electronics or appliances.
