The food here is fantastic! It’s not the best I’ve ever tasted, but it is by no means sub-par. The bento box is a great deal, by the way. Highly recommended. I wish that the sushi menu was a bit more diverse, but the line up is great nonetheless. I am a fan of the small waiting period for the food. Also, did I mention that there’s free wifi? I feel like that’s the icing on the cake.

I went in for a second time today. Although the servers seemed nice it was really bad service. They gave us the wrong food twice, the waitress forgot I ordered miso soup and didn’t give it to me till she printed the bill then gave it to me. The food here is good however I will say their miso soup wasn’t worth the wait it did not taste good. I’m giving them three based purely on the rest of the food. I hope their service gets better.

Stopped here after seeing the phở sign from the road. I love phở. However, after seeing another customers teriyaki I decided to change my mind. I ordered the pork teriyaki. It was delivered from the kitchen promptly. It was hot and tasted amazing. The best part was the presentation. It was served in a boat dish. In addition to the great food the service was wonderful. The waitress was literally running her tail off. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back my next visit to the tri-cities.

I like this restaurant, it is down the street from my office. I would go there for lunch and usually have the teriyaki chicken. They serve it with a salad, and rice. You can also get pot stickers added, and/or sushi. I switched to the senior size which is ample for me. They also have some nice soups and sushi. However, I have had to stop going there, since I would get violent cramps about 30 minutes later. My wife had cramps within 10 minutes after eating there. The first time it happened I thought maybe it was the meat, but now I know it is the MSG. I stopped in and asked the owner about it, who seems to be in denial about the effects of MSG on a large segment of the population. She says the just use a pinch in a very large mixing bowl. Unfortunately, I am unable to eat there anymore, due to the stomach cramps I get from the MSG. However, if you tolerate MSG, you will find a nice variety of food on the menu, good service and reasonable prices. If they ever remove MSG from their food, I will be back. The two stars is only because of the stomach cramps and MSG otherwise I would give it 3 maybe even 4.

This place is great! My husband and I always go there. Nancy, the owner is super kind! They don’t have many drinks to choose from but the food beats that. Even the salad is delicious!

The food was great and the service prompt. Squeaky clean and a great bang for buck lunch special. A nice little place. Had the sesame chicken bento lunch special and was exactly what I expected for 12 bucks.

I came here for lunch a few days ago and I ordered the shrimp fried rice. Another person came in and ordered the same thing. The lady who took my order knew I needed to go back to work in like 20 minutes because I called my mom while was waiting and I guess she heard me. I feel like the cooks rushed to make the shrimp fried rice. When I got my shrimp fried rice, I could tell they used frozen vegetables from bags you can get cheap at the grocery store. The vegetables were dry and hard and they did not clean out the shrimp feces from the shrimp– which is how I don’t like my shrimp. The rice was soggy and overall, it wasn’t the best shrimp fried rice I ever had. I liked how the lady made sure I had teriyaki sauce. The sauce was good.

Phở is un-good. It tasted nothing like what I’ve experienced, and even if they called it something else — I’m not sure I would order it again. I have eaten at a dozen or so different Phở restaurants in my life and they all have the same basic flavor profile. This had no flavor and was clearly missing some spices that phở HAS to have! Now, I’m not going to destroy this entire establishment, just because of one dish. However if you are looking for decent-to-good phở, keep driving. I don’t think I have ever awarded a 1-star rating for any business, and I’m not going to start with this one. The restaurant was very clean and presentable, the owners do care and have put out an effort. I will come back, I would like to try their sushi and other dishes. They advertise their dishes with photos around the walls inside and most looked good. One more note: The waitress was very unprofessional and poor at service. Again, another tidbit that I won’t destroy the whole place for. But this gal clearly had little experience in service, and wouldn’t leave my friend and I alone — let me eat in Peace for crying out loud! I have people that work for me as well, and I strive to make sure they are a good reflection of myself and my business. This isn’t happening there yet.

This place is ok. On par for price with other Chinese places in the area. Food is good, but for a Chinese place, the portions are small. It comes out in a boat shaped plate. You get more of their Asian style salad than anything else. However, their fried rice is really good, and in a good sized portion. The sushi rolls are really good and get well priced. I wouldn’t go back here for their meals, but I would go back for the sushi definetly. It’s super fast service as an added bonus.

This place is amazing. Simply great. Some of my favorites are the sushi rolls and the fried noodles. My husband loves everything. Haha. Some of the negative reviews on here surprise me because we have been there several times and it’s always been awesome.

Good price. I like the spicy chicken teriyaki. Woos in richland is still my favorite teriyaki but this place is nice because it’s close to home. Owner is nice and knows my order. Hope they are successful and stick around.

Not bad but not that great. I hope the place stays open. The staff try hard to make it the best it can be. the phở is good, the short ribs have great flavor, and the chicken teriyaki is tasty.

We found this restaurant on Unilocal, looking for teriyaki in the Tri Cities as we travelled through. It was so worth the stop! It has classic booths and a counter, like a diner, and very clean. The service was fast, and the food was excellent. There was almost too much food for lunch in the bento box, but it was nice to have the variety.

In my search for the best Phở, I stopped in for lunch. I ordered Phở Ga and an egg roll. I don’t know why i order egg roll, i’m always disappointed, everywhere. so ignoring the egg roll, and moving on… the broth tasted like it was Swanson Chicken Broth, salty, plain and boring. the chicken meat was flavorless, plain and boring. basil leaves were limp to the point they were difficult to tear. The place looks like a re-worked dinner. a long bar in front of the kitchen and a row of booths by the window. very clean and somewhat disorganized. the most interesting(not in a good way) part of this experience was the Asian waitress /owner? micromanaging the waitress. The waitress could do nothing right even tho she was doing everything right. She tolerated a lot of abuse and was very pleasant to the customers. I tipped her well. I bet the«Help Wanted» sign is in the window soon. this place falls into my bottom group. Moving on

This place is pretty good. To be honest this cuisine isn’t my favorite but my wife loves it so we decided to check it out with our 3 kids. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Prices were good as well. I had the chicken phở, my wife had seafood phở and the kids had chicken teriyaki. Everything was great! Its definitely worth a try. We will be back…

Few places can handle so much variety and this place not only can do but do it well. Phở broth is better than most and Ramen was addicting! The more I ate, the more I wanted to eat! Staff was quick and attentive. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was better than Woo’s in Richland. I can’t wait to try their yakisoba and sushi!
