Don’t bother. Dr. Wang is an auto repair shop owner trying to talk you into letting him wreck your car in order to charge you to rebuild it. Take a pass.

I went to Dr. Wang in July 2010 to remove an extra layer that was growing on my gum and was greatly impressed with how up-to-date/modern his practice was — from the website( ) that gave an overview of the different services he provided to the types of tools he used(laser treatments instead of traditional surgery). Dr. Wang was patient and thorough throughout the process by explaining each step and allowing me to ask questions if I had any. I would have given give it a 4 or 5-star(instead of 3) because I was happy with the overall experience HOWEVER, I was displeased with his staff(hopefully those people are no longer there). I used to work in a family doctor’s office so I know how important an office staff is to a doctor’s practice especially since they usually spend more time interacting with the patients(ex: scheduling appointments, prepping them for the doctor, etc). Unfortunately, there was a minor complication with my procedure so I called the office the next morning for advice and they told me the doctor wasn’t in but they’ll try to get ahold of him and call me back. More than an hour passed, I never heard from them so I decided to go to their office to wait for Dr. Wang instead of waiting at home. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I saw one of the staff and we waved. Once I got to the doctor’s office, the door was locked so I knocked. Through the door, I could hear the staff talking to each other saying things along the line of «Why is she here?! I never told her to come.» «Well, since you spoke with her, you deal with her. I saw her downstairs.» «But why is she here? I told her to wait for me to call» Feeling uncomfortable hearing about myself in such a way, I knocked loudly again and still no one opened the door for me. First of all, why is the door locked when it was during office hours? I knocked again and finally one of the girls opened the door and I told them that I didn’t appreciate what they were saying about me. Maybe I am making a bigger deal out of this but I just felt these women were rude and unsympathetic when I was honestly concerned and stressed with the complication. I finally saw Dr. Wang and he fixed the problem and even called me at night to check on me which I greatly appreciated. I really do think Dr. Wang is a great doctor and would recommend him to friends and family, I just wished his staff could be a better reflection of him and his work
