Very excellent burger place with amazing flavor. I ordered the executive and the flavor of the burger was amazing. The patty was cooked to perfection and the onions added an extra flavor. I added onion rings to my order and they were also made perfectly. As I took a bite, they did not fall apart. The customer service was excellent as they delivered my food to me. The restaurant ambiance was also something I really enjoyed.

Full disclosure — Rounds supported my daughter’s AYSO team with a fundraiser last night. That said, Rounds was already my go-to burger spot for a gourmet burger, and this review is long over due. Burgers are simple food, but that makes the quality of the ingredients all the more important. Better meat, better bread and better toppings make Rounds burgers my favorite in Pasadena. Not to mention that Rounds is a screaming deal given the quality of their burgers. You would be hard pressed to find a better burger at twice the price. Also, they will cook it rare enough to satisfy my carnivore son. Good selection of microbrews by the pint or pitcher and friendly service makes it a fun place to watch a game.

The burgers here are really good, and the fries are amazingggggg. I got the devil burger which was pretty good and my boyfriend got the classic bacon burger with onion rings. Everything hit the spot. The onion rings weren’t to thick in breaded the were just good. The staff is nice. I’m defiantly coming back. The only that sucks is the parking but other than that, food is good

Had the Hawaiian burger… it was amazing! Didn’t love the fries but the interior was nice with parking in rear. Reccommend!

Went in yesterday for lunch after a hike around 3pm and there was no line at all which was great. We got to check off on a list to create our own burger. The place is so clean and spacious. I ordered a cheeseburger and the bun was great, the meat was so tasty! The sauces are great! Just a grammar experience overall. Definitely going again

My. Favorite. Burger. Ever. Fried egg, bacon, onion rings, easy BBQ sauce. Toasted, fluffy, but not soggy bun. Onion rings and bacon fried to perfection, crispy all the way to the last bite. Egg yolk broke when pressed, but not dripping runny. Pattie seasoned perfectly and wasn’t too heavy that I was bloated after. No need for fries or coke on the side.

BYO Burger! Small free parking in the back. Limited to 45 minutes though. Line to order took forever. It gets back up pretty bad when people order slow. Food came out pretty quick though. Large patio. Dog friendly! California — $ 7.50 — Patty was cooked the way I asked. Bacon was bacon. Avocado mash was too mushy, like baby food. Brunch — $ 7.50 — Patty and bacon, same as above. Fried egg was perfect. Got it protein style and it was nicely wrapped. Chili, side — $ 1 — Came out in the burger tray box and looked gross, like poop. Tasted fine but presentation was terrible. Garlic Fries — $ 2.95 — Nicely fried. Ton of chopped garlic. Check your breath after eating this! Wheat Bun — $ 1.99 — Wanted a snack for my pups. 2 bucks for a bun was pretty expensive. I could get 2 loafs of bread for this price. Small burgers for the price you pay. I rather go to the Counter in Pasadena for BYO Burger, better service and way bigger burgers.

This place is honestly one of the best burger joints around. It’s not as recognized as it should be because if you’re not looking for it you would just past right by it. I love me some southern food so I always get the western burger. DELICIOUS. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is so sweet. I was already leaving the restaurant and I had a big to go bag, my purse and 2 drinks in my hand and(on his way back from his break) one of the cooks literally comes to my rescue and helps me with my bags. Like whaaat ?! It may not seem like much to others but I thought it was so thoughtful and it made my day. Definitely going to recommend this to EVERYBODY I know.

This place is a hit or miss. The last time I came here, they forgot some of my toppings and i got food poisoning. Other than that, I usually have a good experience. Staff is friendly and patient. They will repeat your order to make sure it’s right. Menu options are wide and if you’re not happy with the menu, you can build your own. They have lots of condiments on the side of register. And they have their own sauces as well. * Must try the garlic fries(almost as good as the ones in the Bay) * Skip the chicken strips

While placing an order at the register, I observed the cashier adjusting her hair(should be tied back and out of the way) and the cook picking his face(making it pointless to wear gloves). Yuck and gross. Rounds, if you’re reading this review, please train your employees on safe food handling practices. You flunk in my book.

I love all the different options that are available and the way you order by filling out a little sheet of paper. The burgers themselves are decent. They are extremely greasy I couldn’t figure out if it was the bun alone or the whole thing grease was dripping down our fingers into our Palm. Also, my burger was kind of dry. BUT the garlic fries are killer!!! The atmosphere is very open, nice and quiet. I liked it.

We come here a lot. I order the same thing every time as does my bf. I get the turkey burger on brioche and garlic fries. He gets a beef burger. Today we went for lunch and I was sooo disappointed. Something has changed. The bun seems even thicker and the patty seems smaller and flavorless. I also felt that the fries were made and were sitting out till I ordered and then they mixed in the garlic mix. They were cold and stale. So all in all I am just disappointed because I cook all week at home and on the weekend I treat myself. I think the quality has definitely gone down… In the past I’d give this place 4 stars but I think it has gone down to a 2 star place.

The burger was above average but nothing special. The garlic fries wasn’t crispy enough for my taste and the garlic seemed too raw. Hmm, I’m not sure what wasn’t right with the garlic but it just didn’t taste right. I’m not sure if other places use raw or somewhat sautéed garlic. Will I go back? Maybe.

Im a fan. Nestled on South Lake in a beige nondescript building that just blends in, is Round Burgers. These guys take the bigger is not always better approach. Their burgers are smaller than most but they pack a flavorful punch. And I had the turkey burger. The fries are fresh cut and awesome. They come unadulterated so dont forget salt or seasoning salt if thats your thing. I let the waitress talk me into mayo on the burger which I shouldnt have done. Im not a mayo fan. But she was cool and seemed like she knew what she was talking about so I did it. Note to everyone mayo and burgers do not go together. I scrapped the mayo off, slapped some bbq sauce on it, and it tasted great. I’ll be back.

I heart this burger joint. Hankering for a good burger, come check this place out. It will not disappoint. I like that you can customize your burger. They also offer other options instead of beef patties. They have veggie and turkey option as well. Different types of bread for different palettes. You can go for their recommendations or simply make your own if you are in a creative mood. My go to most of the time is the rounds burger. The sauce gets me all the time. Always, always go for the garlic fries. I pair the fries with the jalapeño ranch. Yes, they offer different dipping sauces in addition to the old boring ketchup. I have tried their other burgers such as the brunch, the executive, and also a disastrous make my own burger. Trusting the experts is the way to go for me! Parking is limited. Ample seating. Friendly customer service.

I’ve gotta say that this burger joint is legit. It’s a build-your-own-burger place that has awesome options! Parking: they have a lot in the back Staff: friendly Food: I made it a combo because duh, why wouldn’t you. The have the typical burger buns along with brioche. Mama chose brioche. I’m a huge meat eater so naturally I asked them to cook my patty rare. They didn’t even bat an eye. Loved it. Hey have a variety of sauces to choose from. I got the garlic aioli. As far as toppings go, basic to the over the top toppings. I, of course, got both. Avocado mash, crispy onions, tomato, lettuce, and American cheese. I’m a sucker for American cheese. Don’t judge me. I also chose to combo it up with the garlic fries and THEYDONOTSKIMPONTHEGARLIC. Woooweeeee I smelled for dayssss but it was so worth it! Overall, a solid burger joint. Downside, no milkshakes but they do serve beer. If they served milkshakes, 5 stars no doubt.

Doesn’t get juicier than this place. Really lives up to their name. Their Western Burger is so good. Simple with BBQ Sauce, Cheddar, and fried onion rings. Juicy flavorful and a hit. Their fries are really delicious especially with their Chipotle aioli. Their garlic aioli is very faint in the garlic more mayo tasting than anything. Their garlic fries however are overpowered and super strong wth bites of raw garlic running all over it. Recently we tried the California burger at its our new favorite in the family. Juicy patty cooked medium, avocado smash, cheddar, crispy smoked bacon, 1000 island sauce on a greasy brioche(egg bread bun). It’s packed with inches of flavor galore. Really like the concept here at Rounds order at the counter and they bring out the food to you. Premium quality and not so Premium prices with this economy you look for deals and quality and this place delivers both. The service has always been top notch here with a smile!

Their vegetarian patty burger with lettuce is the best I have had in awhile. I love how they use almost the entire head of lettuce to create the bun. It is even shaped like a bun. Staff is friendly and they have a small parking lot in the back. I love how use fresh ingredients. I was disappointed that they forgot to out in the sauce. A must order is their garlic fries!!! I will be back to try other items. Happy to have discovered this burger joint.
