These guys showed up last night 10 minutes after I called, this morning, 10 minutes after I called again, So I am unsure about the reports before me, but I will use them again!

Super crappy cab company. We hailed a cab for 6:15 p.m. to go to Midtown(being responsible and all) and we noticed the taxi wasn’t here. We called after ten minutes and the operator just said«it’s on it’s way». 45 minutes later and still no cab, so we had to find alternate transportation. Was calling to try and cancel the cab, but no one answered our call. Not at all satisfied, especially since we didn’t experience any service at all.

Save yourself a headache and walk to where you need to go, if you can. Figure something else out! Use that cab fare and bribe a friend! It’s hard to get them on the phone, I had to call several times and there’s no option to leave a voice-mail to have your call returned. When I did get a hold of somebody I placed my reservation for a cab service for the following day. When the time for pick up arrived, I called again to have the cab dispatched. 1 hour later, I called again to get a status report. I was told nobody had been dispatched yet because they’re all busy. Ok, what was the point of me reserving a cab? When I called initially, it would have been a basic consideration to notify me that it wouldn’t be dispatched anytime soon.. . Another hour passed, I called again to find out if they’ve left yet. I am given the same message, no, we’re busy, but this time with intense disdain and irritation in the dispatchers voice. It’s been TWOHOURS, and I’ve asked for as many status updates. NO. It has been TWENTYSIXHOURS since there was an agreement made to have a cab here, but they are outraged I’m inquiring on a timeline? Another 45 minutes pass and we find another method of transportation. We call back to cancel our scheduled cab and without asking who we are, the dispatcher angrily barks«OKAY I’ll cancel it!!» and hangs up immediately. How can you run a business like that?! How can you seem so inconvenienced by customers trying to use your service? How can you not empathize with the fact that waiting over two and a half hours for a 15 minute cab ride that you reserved the DAYBEFORE might seem abnormal. My brother works at a hotel and has had similar bad experiences with this company, and now tries to avoid them at all costs. You can see similar experiences on here from the other reviews, and in the one that isn’t recommended.(if people add a Unilocal account JUST to review one terrible experience they had, it must have been seriously awful.) I know this place is only around because they are the only cab that«services the area», and will probably continue to be an abomination, but I hope you heed the warnings and avoid this nightmare at all costs.

I tried to get a taxi a few weeks ago from Pasadena Taxi and I was never even able to get someone on the phone to talk to them. I tried calling them for about 30 minutes or so, and about 10 times before I gave up. Twice when I called the phone just rang and rang and rang. The rest of the time a man would answer«Taxi, please hold.» And never even gave me a chance to say anything before putting me on hold. I waited on hold each time for about 5 minutes, ten minutes once, and no one ever took me off hold to take my call!!! I don’t know what this place has going on, but it is definitely not a business.

WORSTTAXISERVICEEVER!!! I work at a hotel, and I called for a cab for a guest, and the taxi service said that they would be here in 45 minutes. Well, one hour passed and nobody showed up. The guest was getting frustrated, that nobody showed, so I called the taxi company back, and they said they hadn’t sent anyone to pick him up yet. So I asked, how much longer? He said«No time frame.» If this is how you run a business, this place has a lot to learn. I told my boss, and he said not to ever call this place again, since it upsets our guests. He also passed passed the message along to all the neighboring hotels. So I called a local transporation company and they got here in 20 minutes.
