My entire experience with these people was a nightmare. Lost items. Late arrival. Work subbed out to sketchy people. I understand there’s a class action suit pending, but I’d rather just forget the entire experience. Even now I wonder about some things that I used to have …

I was informed that the delivery would be made by employees, however they subbed it out to an independent trucker without my consent. My delivery arrived a day later than they contractually committed, even with their 7 day window. Some items were missing. They were discovered on the truck the next day and delivered by the trucker’s brother in-​law — greatly damaged. Some items were still missing. After 10 attempts to reach someone to care for the missing & damaged items, I filed a dispute through Visa. I was threatened with legal action unless I agreed to arbitration. I did that, and sent in all my documents to the arbitrator, then the company fired the arbitrator that still holds my original documents. I can’t get anyone to call me back or reply to my letters. I would never, ever wish my experiences on anyone.
This business also goes by the names of: Texas Movers, Texas Home Movers, Greens Point Van lines, and Cross America Van Lines, North Pacific Van lines. That is why my review appears to be similar to that of another moving company from Houston — to warn people to avoid.
