Who doesn’t love a good cookie. Mrs. Field’s is always good. The real issue, these stores are franchised. When you deal with franchised locations, the quality can suffer at times.

I admit. I am picky about cookies however, I bought a pumpkin cookie there and it was awesome ! Best cookie ever. Then, I went back and bought a semi-​sweet chocolate chip cookie and it was also great ! If I could give more than 5 stars to this establishment I would. The service was also courteous and pleasant. I recommend this place.

What happened to Mrs Fields cookies? Sub par!!!
It’s not the same as before (years ago) or this Franchise did not follow the instruction! It was crispy flat & too sweet! sorry to give 1 star but please reboot!

The current location is now right next to Rubio’s by Archlight… just an FYI. The cookies I got were the mini size– chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter and chocolate chip with walnuts. We went around 7 pm and there wasn’t a lot left so I was able to get the last ones. Cookies were good and moist.

Husband birthday, wanted to send him a little love and sweets to his office.
Mrs. Fields cookies are soo good and tasty, ordered and had them delivery to his office, I just wish they delivery earlier to a business and not at 3pm.
Cookie was great, hubby was surprised and coworker were happy they got a little treat.
I got a custom heart shape peanut butter cookie, his favorite flavor. Moist and delicious!
I called in to place an order for a Birthday cookie cake. Betty was extremely helpful in helping me decide what the best option was. She was willing to help decorate the cake in whichever way I liked and went above and beyond to make sure what I wanted was possible. I highly recommend ordering one for any occasion! Cookie cakes are fun and who doesn’t like a giant ass cookie?! She did such a great job decorating it, everyone loved it!
