Just went through the drive thru at Mc Donalds on Altadena Dr. in Pasadena, CA. When pulling up to get our food we were handed our bag and told good bye. Usually I check our food but I have a 5 year old who is tired and hungry. When we get to the house we are missing a childs meal and my medium fry is like a very skimpy small. When my partner went back to get what they didnt give us. The manager on duty pretty much called her a liar and was very rude with giving us what we paid for. We will never go to this Mc Donalds again. Rude people and shorted food. No Good!!!

Vomit and Diarrhea for 6 days from a breakfast sandwich and just water! I would have posted this last week, but I have been preoccupied with non-stop crippling diarrhea! I have NEVER been this ill for this long. Whether the food was intentionally contaminated during food preparation by a disgruntled employee, or the employees do not wash their fecal-infested hands after dropping a deuce, or they do not clean the beverage dispensing nozzles(my second cup of water was discarded because it had black floating mold) — whatever the cause, you could tell that the place is poorly managed and dirty by the smell of the dining room and the sticky tables and floors. My girlfriend also got sick for an entire week after eating there that same morning, though she did not vomit violently on the first day as I did. If you got seriously sick as well, please report them to the LA County Health Department(they are outside of the Pasadena jurisdiction).

Pretty nice McDonalds. I’ve been coming to this one for almost 20 years. I specifically come to this one instead of the closest to my house because they don’t over cook the fish filet sandwiches. I hate that! Never had any problems with this one either inside or drive-thru.

Pretty gross. The floor was so sticky I had to pull my foot off, they seem to need to hire an extra cleaning person. I was also standing next to the drink machine at some point and it straight up smelled like a toilet. It was very unpleasant, especially considering it’s only a few feet away from the food… But my biggest complaint is I ordered an iced coffee black with light cream, what they gave me was not coffee. It was burnt coffee flavor masked by about 5 pumps of sweetener it seemed. I almost gagged when I took a sip of what I thought was going to be black coffee.

The drive thru service is quite efficient. The dining room itself is small compared to other McD but since I mainly used the drive thru service before I go to work, So I dont really mind. I Just want my breakfast quick and hot! The exit of the drive thru only goes to the right but there are side streets that lead to Altadena drive.

I barely eat at McDonald’s because of the bad press, trying to eat healthy, I eat vegetarian yadda yadda yadda… I occasionally treat my kids to a shake and fries from here since it’s by their school. This morning, in a rush for breakfast, I stopped for oatmeal which is a great healthy alternative to other fast spots and only costs $ 2… but THEREWASHAIRINMYOATMEAL!!! Argh! So rude, I couldnt eat it, was too grossed out, and had to stop again for breakfast and spend twice as much. Bummer!!! Keep your hair back please!!!

The girl manager with the hair bow is the best. She’s the only reason I keep coming back. Why is she only there on weekends???

This location is bad. Rude employees and just got a half-filled fry. McD’s is McD’s, but when the service sucks there is an even better reason to avoid it altogether.

Employees are on the rude side if you go at night, though not all of them. Expect what you can about any regular Mcdonalds.

2 Stars… that’s all your getting Mcdonalds. I have been there many times before, and was treated really well. NOTTODAY!!! The lady taking the order, was all pissed off and she made me keep repeating what i wanted. After I was done ordering, i asked her if she heard that I wanted extra pickles and ketchup on my sandwich… she rolls her eyes at me and yells it back to the cook… she must of thought that I don’t speak spanish because she said in spanish…“hey this damn kid wants extra pickles and ketchup on his damn sandwich…“pinche” is the word she used! WTF! I will not be back… ever…

I asked for no ketchup, but it was still on my burger. The rude manager refused to fix the mistake.

I live 2 minutes from this McDonald’s, and I managed to avoid it for 10+ years. I started working near Altadena and pass by there every day, and now I go there once a week for a McChicken or something else that will shorten my life. I blame it on my lack of self-control and their addidctively low prices. Everyting tastes terrible unless its drenched in sauce or ketchup, yet I want to go back and get more. Seriously, their chemicalfood is addictive. MINDCONTROL! HELPME!

This is the only mcdonalds that I’m down with. Clean inside. No homeless people in here. Just people living around the area who want that old taste of mcdonalds. Only sucks that it’s not 24 hours.

Mark S is making me write this review. In the entire 8 or so years I’ve known his family, he’s seen me eat McDonald’s exactly twice before and it didn’t count because were on road trips. After a long day at the mall, a cheeseburger and a Shamrock shake sounded good to them. I, however, stuck to my usual order which is a filet o’ fish and nuggets. I think it’s pretty funny to compare my memory of what these items should taste like to what I actually ate yesterday. Filet o’ fish– why is the patty so small? Was it always this small? The bun sucks! It’s so flimsy and soft! Ugh, I don’t need the cheese. How the hell did I used to get extra sauce when I was a kid? It’s too much sauce(not really, it was probably enough for the excessively small patty). Nuggets– Yeah, they definitely have changed. I remember half the nuggets were always so good(this being dark meat). Now they’re okay. At least they give you a humongous thing of sauce if you ask for honey mustard. The other sauces come in the normal size. Fries– my god, where’s the salt? Wait, why am I asking for more salt? This Mickey D’s is quite small. It’s decorated with lots of old-timey toys. I wonder if they’re worth anything? The restrooms are just one stall of each. I watched a teen run in in distress only to find it occupied. As soon as the old lady exited, she dashed in. Then I watched much younger kids order 8 sundaes. The sundaes are pre-made. Pre-made?! There was an older couple eating in the corner. The gentleman seemed confused about the layout of the place as he went to the counter and almost into the kitchen until he decided to save his dignity and walk out the front door. Typical McDonald’s scene? Probably.
