McDonald’s

Looks like I’m not the only person that has been screwed over by this location. So far on 4 separate occasions I’ve gone through the drive thru and ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle with egg whites. And on 4 separate occasions I’ve received a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle with regular eggs. So seeing that the sausage McGriddle is so much cheaper than the bacon McGriddle and they charge an upgrade charge for egg whites, this location has already overcharged me at least $ 10 – 15. Now I know in some cases sausage and bacon look alike *sarcasm* but how can you demand $ 15 and hour of you can’t distinguish between a bacon slice and a sausage patty.

The manager Omar Flores is so ignorant and impolite. He told me he can’t make a simple burger with avocado and bacon and told me I have to order two different burgers from their taste crafters menu and mix the ingredients in order to make that sandwich. With all the options they have on the menu the employer /​manager is so limited and stupid!

Cashier had a serious aditude problem and I ordered a simple McChicken and it took like 30min there’s other Mcdonalds around the area I would definitely go to one of those instead

Just placed an order at the drive thru and the employee that sounds like a robot screwed up my order, got home and my daughters food was not inside the bag. Horrible service

This franchise is too good to be a McDonalds. The staff are very nice, and very welcoming. At first, I didn’t believe I was at a McDonalds. The décor is very elegant and the couches are very comfortable. The food didn’t take too long and was fresh and great! Also this McDonalds is open 24 hrs! Would totally come back.

*ok keep in mind this is a review relative to other mcdonald’s.
this is a fancy mcdonald’s with some lighting tables and some couches in the corners. but what makes this mcdonald’s most unique is that they have «tastecrafted» sandwiches (sort of a build your own burger deal) with guacamole and pico de gallo even (granted it is in mass produced mcdonald’s style) that had just the right amount of spice! pretty good for a mcdonalds!
also be careful as this location gets crowded (i can’t remember the last time i had to search for parking at a mcdonalds!).

I have only 30 minutes for lunch and guess what 15 min at the drive thru from just being wrapped around the building until I got it was 20 minutes messed up my order in no way was I going back!!!

Its McDonalds… unfortunately they have the fame of always getting SOMETHING wrong. At least 8 out of 10 orders.
We came in, ordered TWO measly sandwiches, and waited 20ish minutes because they kept getting them wrong.
I wasn’t pissed off but COME ON! Two darn sandwiches isnt hard. No drink. No sides!
They were nice (they better have) especially because it was their faults and I guess us being calm about it helped.

Just came here for fries. Took a little over ten minutes, but I do appreciate that they made it fresh! Delicious!

Went there again this morning, because my wife wanted a Frappé and my daughter wanted a sausage mcgriddle! Omar Ruiz is the manager here, and he needs to put his employees in check! Girl asks me if the screen looks correct, i said yes and proceeded. Then i get to the pay window, pay her and move forward to collect my food… ONLY TO SEE THAT THEY DIDNT PUT THE SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN WITH EGG!
(omar) «I’m sorry sir, she didn’t charge you for it»
(me) «Why the hell not? That is what I was going to eat»
(o) «well if you want it, its going to be $ 3.48 more»
(m) WHY DIDN’T YOU GUYS GET IT ORIGINALLY FROM THE *expletive* BEGINNING (raise my voice) AND YOU GUYS EXPECT TO MAKE $ 15 AN HOUR AND YOU CAN’T GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT?!”

Grabbed my mcmuffin and left… FUCK THIS PLACE! THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING RIGHT! FIRE EVERYBODY AND LET ME MANAGE THAT BITCH, I CAN GUARANTEE YOU, ILL HAVE THIS PLACE AT 5 STARS IN 6 MONTHS!!!

I’m in LOVE with Mcdonalds fries so I usually go through they’re drive thru but it was really long so I parked & walked in.
This is by far probably the NICEST Mcdonalds I’ve ever seen & I heard that if you eat inside, you actually get served. But the reason I gave this place 2 stars because of an incident I witnessed. There was an old lady that ordered an ice cream cone & it was probably the smallest cone I’ve seen before. The worker was looking for her but the manager took it from her & gave it to the old lady. The old lady mentioned why it was so small & the manager just shrugged & said «idk, I didn’t make it.» It made me upset because you’re the manager! You can make her another one. She just kind of stood there & the manager went along her way.
I was a little upset at myself after I left because I didn’t say anything but it sucks to see that no matter if the working conditions have improved at Mcdonalds, their service is still horrible.

My 83 year old mother raised three kids, all of whom grew up eating at McDonald’s back in the early 60s, as a once in a while treat. Now the tables are turned, and it’s me, in my 60’s, taking my mom once every one or two weeks, depending upon if she’s behaving herself, lol.
I can honestly and truthfully say, after eating at hundreds of McDonalds throughout this country, that everything stated by Alan J. below, is spot on! With one exception, he forgot to mention this McDonald’s has cushion seating available… Yep, this an important feature for those of us who are long in the tooth and are lacking rear cushioning. Sitting on hard plastic or metal seats just doesn’t work too well for the aging population and well preserved folks. And, so this McDonald’s has taken this into account. Bravo for paying attention to the needs of the oldies, but goodies, in addition to the youngsters.

Ok I think I’m more qualified to speak of this place than anyone, considering I’ve been coming everyday for a month.
This place deserves 5 stars. Yes, I know it’s McDonalds. No, the food isn’t gourmet. But for a fast food restaurant, this E Foothill McDonalds is the 5-​star of Fast food restaurants.
Here’s why:
Beautiful Interior
The interior is beautiful. It’s brand new and very tastefully decorated. It’s also kept extremely clean. The floors and tables are never sticky. And best of all you never get that icky feeling that you’re in dirty place.
Plentiful Outlets
Numerous (4+) outlets for charging your phone or laptop. Feel free to sit down and do some work, starbucks style, for hours. But buy something please, don’t be a freeloader. The staff is too professional to say anything but still.
Professional Service
Speaking of professional, the service is excellent. They never screw up orders and always have a smile or at least are polite. They treat customers better than some waiters I’ve seen.
Food Served to your Table
Once you order, you don’t need to stand around near the line like a chump, wondering what drives you to make the food choices you do. Instead, they give you a little metal receipt holder that you place on your table when you sit down. When the food is ready a server brings the food to you on a tray.
Coffee Refills (morning)
I need to cut back on my coffee intake but it’s so hard when you’re working on something difficult and a nice lady walks around offering you a coffee refill. I’ve had 5+ cups in a morning before, no questions asked or judging looks.
WIFI
Free Wifi. Not the fastest but it’ll check Gmail and Facebook.
Food
The food is typical McDonalds food. What were you expecting? They don’t screw the food up at least, like some other McDonalds I’ve been to.
Finally, there’s a TV and also a kids touchscreen-​type corner which is nice to occupy the children with.
Honestly this McDonalds has ruined all the other ones for me!

It’s McD’s what else can you say. The only thing is when a hot toy is HAWT then it’s not stocked well. But make sure you check your fries! It’s like given half of what you order. That’s one thing I hate about McD’s. Any of them. Just give it back and say this ain’t a small or medium or large. They will gladly give you more.
But other than that… Private lot. Drive thru is hardly busy. Well maybe cause it’s the time I go.

This store they have raised the prices across the board the fish sandwich by 20 cents and with other fast food establishments with the SAME sandwich for less money time to not go to McDonald’s. I also recommend you select another place to eat.
The food is not worth the extra few Penney’s!!!

Like the new remodel of this location. Looks a lot more clean and spacious. Very convenient location on Foothill Blvd when I’m driving back from shopping at Nordstrom Rack. Not much drive thru traffic due to the two lines they opened up for cars to order. Service was very quick and fast. They always do a neat job in wrapping my snack wraps. I hate it when some locations don’t fold the wrap properly and all the ingredients are pouring out. This location also never forgets to give me Balsamic dressing when I order my Southwest Salads.

If you come to this McDonalds, go inside! The best inside remodel I have been to for the décor. It is worth seeing how clean it is and some features such as video games for kids or lounge area. They have video monitor with the menu. The inside does get packed and the drive thru is a zoo! They really try to pack people here since the lot is small. The service is slower than others I have been to.

Pretty rough experience tonight. I ordered a pumpkin pie and the fruit and maple oatmeal.
The line barely moved to order and when I opened my oatmeal container there was an inch of water on top of the oatmeal. It’s kind of hard to screw up oatmeal but it’s possible.
I don’t normally come to this McDonald’s so perhaps it’s a fluke. The pie was ok but a bit dry.

There are only a few things I enjoy at McDonald’s and that’s their breakfast items and their happy meals. The drive thru service was fast but the cashier was a bit confused on our order, happy meal with fries that’s it.
