Not a bad location, average for Starbucks. Very friendly service. One odd thing: this store is strangely situated, looks like it’s right off the road but there is some squirrelly driving you have to do to actually get to the parking lot. Try to get an idea for the line at the drive-through before you get in it too, because you round a blind corner before entering it, and then a good 50 yards of you trapped there behind whatever line was waiting for you before you reach the window.

Was not to highly satisfied with this experience. I stopped in before work Once and order the soy iced caramel latter no whip and half the amount of syrup. The girl repeated it back to me correctly, I was charged correctly. I watched as they made my order and SAW them out regular milk in. The guy asked if this was my drink I said only if it was soy and he said yes then no. He yelled at the girl at the counter for not writing it on the cup. I do find this to be a serious issue because of the lack of detail for people with allergies

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. It’s always busy because it’s the only drive through in the area, not their fault I guess. I don’t like dragging my baby and 3 kids inside so I mostly use the drive through. Lately they are not so nice. I’ve noticed most Starbucks only saying«good morning» or «good afternoon» — kind of awkward because I’m not sure if they are letting me know they are ready to take my order or just letting me know they are there and need a second. I always order an iced grande latte, but today I got something incredibly sweet, even though the label was correct. I had to go back through the drive through — I told the girl I didn’t get what I ordered and it tasted like a pumpkin spice latte. Her response was«we don’t have pumpkin spice anymore» Ok… well whatever it was it wasn’t what I ordered. So she asked me to repeat what I wanted so they can make. I get up there and she tells me what I owe. So I hold up the wrong coffee and say«Oh, you’re just remaking this one» Then she says«Ok, but I can’t take trash back in…» Well, I wasn’t offering you trash I was just using this bad coffee to help illustrate the point that I don’t owe you for my coffee. Anyway, the whole experience was awkward and I just felt like I was bothering them. I know Starbucks wouldn’t notice if I never came back, but I do spend quite a bit of money there and I went back later in the day — but to a different location.

The remodel is fantastic — this is now such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy. The drive-thru is always full… almost any time of day. People should get out of their cars and come inside from time-to-time.
