Dunkin’ Donuts

Ordered a sprinkle donut and 12 munchkins. They first only gave me the munchkins and were very rude when i asked where my other donut is. Then they gave me the wrong donut (tossing it in my bag) I pointed it out they grabbed it out if my bag and put it back on the shelf and gave me the correct one. Since they were rude and maybe didn’t understand what I said I counted my munchkins and the only gave me 11, went back in I told the same person hey I ordered 12 you gave me 11, they gave me a dirty look and grabbed one and handed it to me. I feel like they probably always not give the right amount of munchkins, they were rude and customer service is important.

I’ve been here twice and my Carmel macchiato has been perfect. I recommend this Dunkin donuts! Finally a actual location that doesn’t have angry Hindu people.

I had a confusing and very poor experience at this Dunkin Donuts recently. I don’t drink milk, so I was really happy when DD rolled out almond milk a few months ago. I have previously gone to this DD and ordered almond milk lattes several times. However, when I stopped by to order an almond milk latte yesterday, the guy behind the counter literally just said «No you can’t have an almond milk latte.» I was a little confused, and asked if they were out of almond milk.
The guy at the counter, supported by his manager who walked over to nod his head in agreement, stated flatly that people use the DD app to order free drinks, and then they order almond milk, which is way more expensive for thing, and so this DD just isn’t making almond milk espresso beverages any more. It would be one thing if this DD wanted to adopt that policy (which I assume is against some sort of franchisee agreement), but to communicate the policy in an abrupt and rude way certainly isn’t necessary. They also made me feel like I was trying to screw them over by ordering a beverage which is on every other DD’s menu in the Chicagoland area.
The other odd thing about the experience/​situation is that when you order an almond milk latte, they charge you extra for the almond milk anyway. So, I left confused and without the drink I wanted.

These kids are simply amazing at what they do!!!
Breaks my heart to know that others are writing crap about these kids!!!

It’s sad to me that this Dunkin’ Donuts location is so terrible because typically I have very good experiences with all of the locations. The only reason I go to this location often is because it is very close to my fiancé’s home and on Saturday mornings we don’t feel like making a long trek to another Dunkin’ Donuts. I have never once had a good experience at this location. The employees that work there are very rude… I understand that working in a donut shop isn’t the most glamorous job, but if you’re working in the customer service sect then you should be polite to your customers. I don’t think I’m asking for much when I say this. The employees are always impatient with us when we go in and act as if we are a bother to them. I try to make pleasant conversation with them as I do with most people, but they are not receptive here… I apologize, but that’s a huge turn-​off.
The parking lot is also miniscule here so on Saturday and Sunday mornings it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot. The location for this Dunkin’ Donuts just isn’t ideal because of all the traffic that comes and goes right there. In addition to the parking being an issue, the one final comment I have is that this location does not have a huge variety of donuts compared to other locations. Ultimately, if you want to get a dozen donuts of different variety go to a different location — you will be much more satisfied with them and the entire experience.

I am surprised at how horrible this Dunkin Donuts is. I come here because it’s close to my house and I’ve always just dealt with the terrible service because of how convenient the location is for me. However today was so bad I won’t be coming back. I was in line waiting for the person in front of me to get served. Then the guy working the registers served the person behind me. I asked if I could order; a lady working behind the counter said «just a minute» with quite an attitude. After serving the person behind me, the guy working the registers clearly made an effort to slow down his work before moving on to me. I just left.

This has to be the worst DD shop ever. I received an email last week notifying me of the KCup sale. I love DD coffee– so I went there to buy some. The staff behind the counter on Friday told me the sale starts Monday. So I left. Today — I went to the DD on Northwest a highway and they were almost out. They told me the sale had been going on since Friday. How incompetent can the employees be on Touhy. This location has difficulty waiting on customers in a timely and efficient manner — now they do not even know what promotions DD is holding? I am amazed that this, location is still in business. They certainly don’t deserve to be. If I could give ZERO stars I would. #incompetent #poorcustomerservice
