Cuisine buys all their products from other companies. They don’t bake a thing, just resell it. Some companies they bought out, others are in Canada or Europe. They bought La Brea and Otis Spunkmeyer and some others in Europe. Their thrust is giving the ovens to entice shop owners to buy the product. At least that’s how they started.

Cuisine de France supplies bakery goods and pastries to Treasure Island and Cermak Produce, two markets I go to often. Not that a grocery store baking their own breads each day is unique anymore, it isn’t, but there’s just something about Cuisine de France’s proprietary ovens baking up their incredibly fresh Croissants and Baguettes daily that sets them apart. Best croissants in the city, imo(well, at least ones coming from a grocery store).
