The waitress was not at all attentive. Never came to our table except to give us our very tasteless wings. When I needed her to ask about the wings I had to go to the bar for help I stood there a while 4 waitresses sat across from me and never did anyone ask if I needed anything. If fact the bartender walked away to her purse for something while I was standing there. Four of them were sitting on stools at the front door. Two of the girls were sitting on eachother laps. I was angry at my husband for giving the waitress a tip because in no way did she deserve anything since she did nothing. From start to finish our experience there was a
took almost 2 weeks and 2 calls to customer service to finally get a message from the regional manager. Tonight I hung on for a long time waiting to talk to Jeff… Not sure he even got the message cause I finally gave up holding. I might take it to the BBB!

I’ve have gone here 3 times and each time was horrible. The only reason I got is because of their exceptionally good looking waitresses (which is a must for an establishment like this) and the free UFC ppv fights. Otherwise the food is absolutely horrible rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
The Last time I went there, one of the waitresses I knew personally started to yell at me and curse at me making me embarrassed In front of the whole restaurant. The manager saw and decided not to say anything which made me even more pissed off. Even though I knew the waitress it doesn’t give her the right to yell and curse at a customer, if she had any disagreements with me she should wait to see me privately on her day off. She wasn’t even my waitress that night… so she came out of her way to yell at me.
Aside from that my actually waitress was no where to be found the whole night. It took her 30 min to get my first beer (and my only because it took so long). After I finally got my beer it took her another hour or so to just take my food order!!! Her service was absolutely horrible. I told her if the guy I want to win wins the UFC fight she would get an extra $ 10 on her tip. Lucky for her the guy one and that extra $ 10 was her only $ 10 on her tip. Fuck this Hooters establishment I will no longer be going back because of this one night. If they weren’t a franchise this place would probably go out of business

I come into this location all the time. First of all you can’t beat the drink specials and I’m always here for throwback Thursday’s. But more importantly the service is really outstanding every time I come here, not only from the servers but the managers as well. Kari always remembers what beers we drink and Jeff makes sure to stop by at our table and check on us every time we come in. This is definitely the go to place for food, drinks, and a good time in this area.

Lucy is the best Hooter girl in town! Request her when you come in and you will be guaranteed the best service in Bergen county, she is not only gorgeous but a pleasure to talk to! Woop woop for Lucy! Way to go Jeff! You did a great job when you hired Lucy!

This is the best place ever next to Disney World. All the girls are so friendly and make you feel at home. Karina, Lucy, Jennifer, Jenna, Kristen and the Managers Jeff and Tommy are awesome. Ask for any of them and they will take care of you. Forever a customer

Best place in North Jersey to grab beer/​food and watch a game! A ton of large screen HDTV’s. Still the best wings out there. Chocolate mousse cake is awesome. Jeff the manager and Kari the hostess are both exceptionally attentive. The service is always quick and friendly.

These place has the best wings ever! They’re wings are better than the hooters from Route 4. I’m not sure why?! Our waitress Kari was awesome! She was very attentive made sure we had everything we needed and she’s very sweet and nice!

My boyfriend and I love to come to this location, the service is always amazing and the food never disappoints! We recently had Kari as our server and she was so attentive, recommended some great deals, and told us all about their upcoming promos (which we appreciate being kept in the loop!). Not only are the servers attentive but every time we come in the manager Jeff remembers us and makes sure to stop by and check on us. This place is definitely for the kind of people who appreciate a warm and inviting place to come eat delicious food. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I was really shocked by how much I liked this Hooters. Even as a woman it always bothers me that the other locations the girls aren’t hot.
The minute I walked in with our coed group of 7 I was surprised by how pretty and attractive all the waitress were.
We sat at the back and our waitress wasn’t too bright but was very nice and actually got most of our order right. I was a bit scared since I noticed she had a hard time writing our order down and for sure thought she wasn’t going to get anything right.
Our meal was enjoyable but what I really liked was the blackberry margarita.

I just walked out, I watched the waitress play with a hoola hoop drop it on the ground pick it up, not wash her hands and serve people there food. I watched in disgust as another waitress sneezed into her arm, didn’t wash her hands & started scratching her scalp and then picked up a straw and put it into someone’s drink .I never seen such disgusting food handling from servers & the bartender .
The bartender kept playing in her hair, then serving drinks at the bar, the don’t use trays to bring ur drinks, I watched as the kept putting there dirty hands around the rim of the glass of fresh drinks… I won’t be going here again for anything… not even a salad… please watch your server if ur going to this establishment, check to see if hair is in your food as well …

The wings are great, but the burgers and seafood are surprisingly awesome too. Great experience with my husband and my son. The girls are a lot more attractive here than some of the other locations we visited in the area. Favorite Hooters location we have found in New Jersey. Highly recommend it!

This is my favorite hooters to come to. I have been coming here for a few years now. This place doesn’t disappoint. The staff is usually very nice and friendly. The boned or boneless wings is what I come for. The sauces have changed over the years and I wish they could have their spicy garlic a level or 2 down the way it used to be. The place is nothing fancy. It’s a good place to come meet up with some friends and watch a game. The place is kept pretty clean and there is plenty of parking.

I LOVE hooters’ wings first off. That will always keep me coming back to the chain in general however not so pleased with this particular location. Although it WAS a Saturday night which is busy anywhere you go, which COULD have something to do with it, but some of it was kind of not acceptable. I will be returning to this location on a weekday to compare to tonight in the future.
My experience tonight:
Food took quite a long time (though not surprised and not terribly upset about it. Expected it on a Saturday) though usually they bring the food pretty fast regardless.
Waitress kept bringing us drinks even when we still had full glasses of soda but then disappeared when we actually needed her. Took her legit 30 minutes to just get us boxes for leftovers.
Both of these are pretty much anticipated on a Saturday and don’t usually bother me.
However, what DID bother me. Is after waiting all that time for our food, most of it was cold. And ANOTHER waitress brought us the food? Weird.
The worst thing about the night is:
We ordered wings, shrimp and fries with cheese on the side. The fries arrived cold, the ONLY full curly fry was still frozen. Some of the fries had green mold on them and so I wanted to send them back right away. By the time I could tell the waitress that the fries were an issue, the frozen fry had defrosted.
She DID remove the fries from the bill which I appreciated very much. Even though it wasn’t my turn to pay. Still appreciated.
She did pack the leftovers up for us. So that was nice of her and very polite.

This place does not deserve a rating. It has very unprofessional and unfriendly girls who seem that they do not want to be there let alone serve you. It seems that if they do not know you they will totally ignore you to the point that they start to hate you. And it seems that they want to kick you you out if they see you don’t order anything else (I ordered enough food from them). The hooter girl was extremely rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. I have never had an experience like this in any other place nor will I in yours because I will never patronize this location again. I will go to Applebee’s or TGI Friday’s before I step foot in this Hooters again.

Their wings are the best thing ever! I go there just for the wings with my boyfriend. So worth it

The worst Hooters I have ever been to! The service was so slow and the fried pickles tasted salty as hell! The restaurant it self needs to be remodeled and cleaned and brought into the 21^th century! Be careful ordering a draft beer… taste like there’s bacteria from the beer lines not being cleaned… if I were you I’d go with the bottle! Check your bill too because they overcharged us $ 25 for a bottle of wine when I only had a glass of wine!!! NEVER GOING BACK! This place sucks!

I went to Hooters with my brother-​in-​law a couple times. Overall it was an ok experience. The food is good and the service is nice. The girl who was our server forgot to place one of our orders into their system and then came to us to let us know of her error. I respected that so much. I have been to better wing places in Bergen County but this was still good. The prices were very reasonable. I went with friends after not going because of a bad experience 3 years ago. Well no reasons to ever go again. The wings were terrible greasy yuck!!!
Even the apps weren’t good. Server was nice but good server n bad food don’t add up.:((

#tbt (throw back Thursday) has a new meaning at this Hooters chain. Walked in with a group of friends and was surprised to see how packed it was for a Thursday night and with no sporting events on (baseball was off post all star break). Once we sat down we quickly learned why…
This Hooters (perhaps others also follow suit but I’m not sure) is promoting a throwback to when they first opened in 1983. By doing so they’ve made the prices of select items mimic that year. Beers are 85 cents a pint (domestic) or $ 3.75 for a small pitcher. 20 piece wings (bone in) for $ 5! And curly fries for under a buck! We were absolutely blown away when the waitress explained this to us. Also, the girls are wearing throwback uniforms and hairstyles… Allegedly. We couldn’t tell, but honestly who cares?
Grabbed some hot breaded wings, naked and grilled Daytona wings and a ton of fries! We will be making return #tbt trips for sure!

I always wonder how the fuck could a restaurant chain like Hooters be in such trouble. Seems they are closing restaurants left and right. On a good day … The food is great, in my opinion the wings are the best I’ve had and there are supposed to be beautiful girls everywhere in skimpy outfits. What’s the issue? Sounds more like Xanadu than dinner.
The problem is that at most locations, usually the food which coukd be great is cooked badly, the girls are not that attractive and did I mention the food is prepared terrible?
I will say, the girls at this location are more attractive than your average Hooters. Gone are the Dimepiece Hooters girl days but a solid 6 – 8 seems to be the norm at the Paramus location.
I will say that the chef is a complete asshole here. We ordered food which was made terribly. We aren’t talking about a burger a few shades too dark … But everything sucked. We mentioned it to the waitress and although the chef was only a few feet from us, we could hear him talking shit and saying he wasn’t going to fix it. They basically just replated the same shitty food and brought it back. ‘Too damn bad’ is what he said.
I don’t know what the fuck kind of Island of Dr. Moreau chicken wings these were. Mutant frankenwings … Normally Hooters wings are like batter dipped crack. These did not look like any wing I had ever seen. It looked more like a science experiment than a chicken wing. The burgers sucked and were overcooked.
Our waitress sort of apologized with her eyes for the chef as if to say, «I tried» … She was a total sweetheart. But based on the food and the attitude of the chef, I’d sooner order wings at TGIFridays than come back to Hooters, which I normally love.
Shame because there aren’t many Hooters around. Gee, I wonder why if they are all run like this place. Practically empty on a Thursday night.
