Adult Superstore

Great customer service. The lady working the counter helped me and my fiancée find exactly what we wanted. She also asked if I was military at checkout. So yeah… I got a discount too. This place is great! Something tells me that they’ve seen it all. It’s Vegas… duh! With that being said, they are very accommodating and discreet. Don’t be afraid to ask for help finding what you want. I didn’t get the sales associates name but she was a young lady with a great attitude. 5 Stars for the store and service.

Five star for the customer service! I’ve only been here twice, but they are very considerate, friendly, and a more consistently welcoming and accommodating than other stores.
**I went to try on some lingerie (tops only, obviously) with my SO, and the employee politely reminded us that only one customer is allowed in at a time, but immediately clarified he would leave the area in order to give us some privacy in opening and closing the fitting room doors to share the opinions on each piece. He even gave us a heads up when another male customer entered the store, and suggested a knock system for when the coast was clear to open the doors… These are little things that are and should be a standard, but is not always delivered. The courtesy is and was most sincerely appreciated.**
I’d only browsed a few adult stores before, and have predominantly done my adult shopping online before coming to Adult Superstore. (I tend to be a bargain hunter and quality over quantity type of shopper.) However, there are actually a good number of things that are a better or the same price.
They also have a vast selection and live up to the name of «Superstore». Nearly everything I was looking for was available in my size, which almost never happens at regular adult stores. I was really impressed with the fact that there were some things that I found here, that always sell out or are unavailable altogether on my go-​to online store. Every product category seems to have at least 20 or more options to choose from.
In the overall scheme of things, most adult toy stores have a nicer ambience, and put more effort into presenting a posh environment. But overall, who actually «needs» that in a shopping experience? I feel safe, comfortable, respected, and properly attended to when coming here. That’s all you really need from a shopping environment. So five stars all around!

Great selection. Wife loves their brands on liquids/​creams for females. Good prices on all other items. Deja Vu is cleaner and a bit more high class, but Deja Vu is also a bit more expensive.

How do you rate an adult superstore? What do you compare it to? These stores have set my expectations sooooooo high that whenever I wander into an adult store in another city, I always laugh at how pitiful they are. Tiny selections that are seriously overpriced.
Not so with AS.
There are several of these in the valley, and I find them to be pretty consistent. These kind of feel like the wal-​mart of adult stores. Nice, organized aisles filled with merch for him, her and everyone in between. There’s nothing particularly «seductive» about shopping here, its very professional. And certainly no reason to be embarrassed… the products are easy to find, well packaged/​labelled and clearly priced.
The center rows are stocked with videos (can’t speak for the selection) while the perimeter has gadgets, devices, toys and lubes of every make, model, size, color and flavor. And this location has possibly the largest selection of «battery-​operated happiness» I’ve ever seen… including this whole new wave of expensive, discreet, ergonomically designed products that have finally hit the market.
There is an upstairs I believe, but I’m not sure what’s up there… I think lingerie maybe.
These kinds of products are usually waaaaay cheaper to buy online, but AS is competitively priced… and going to these stores gives you the chance to explore. And the staff will open boxes and check that the items work properly. This particular clerk was a helpful, non-​judgmental elderly lady.
And most importantly, there were NO creepy pervs loitering around. Just regular people and couples buying things and keeping it moving. All in all… the least awkward this kind of shopping experience could possibly be!
