not so much a review but a nomination to declare this Las Vegas business out of business? If I am wrong, please post update here. Thank you!

My wife and I were in Vegas for a few days for our anniversary. I called a few times before our trip to try to rent one as a surprise. I called again and again, left a message, even left a message on the owner’s Unilocal page, but didn’t get a response back. Sad because it sounded like such a great idea.

All in all a very good experience for both me and my wife. The transaction got off to a rocky start due to some communications issues but the owner quickly resolved the issues. In fact, they really went out of their way to make up for the early difficulties.
Everything was as promised on the website with prompt and professional setup of the Sybian. We were initially a little concerned that the machine might be too loud for the hotel room but it was not too bad.
Plenty of stuff online about how the machine works. It lived up to expectations.
We will certainly be repeat customers and will recommend this to our friends.
