I will not waste your time with a long bad experience story. Short and sweet, should have noted the other reviews before placing an order. Danny the owner/manager is worthless, lacks customer service skills, unorganized, and not able to communicate effectively. Even shorter story, my shirts were not ready when promised, the first, second, third time, I’m out! No shirts for my event, even with ordering weeks in advance. Now, I do not have time to use another vendor. If you value your time or money, DONOT use this place!

First appearance Danny, the owner and his crew seem very well organized and prompt people who sell on the fact that they deliver quality and affordable products. They pride themselves on being a small local business that will save you time and money. I have had several experiences of the past two years with them and it seems that each time I experience another excuse as to why my order is late or is not as expected. I have been disappointed so many times with them that I have moved my business else where. I firmly believe in shopping local but I can’t do that when the local guy is horrible.

I just love how people jump on a band wagon. I know the«let’s ban the gay’s» business movement has suddenly become a big deal, and if that’s a what you want to do then they can go elsewhere. Stupid as that is, I disagree with anyone who will agree to do a service and then deny it as the deadline approaches. You word at that point means nothing to me.

Danny was a GODSEND. We needed shirts last minute for my sisters bachelorette party. Not only did he keep his office open late to accommodate our order, but he also improved our design and followed through to ensure 100% satisfaction with the product. Top notch customer service. I was supposed to get on of the t-shirts Kim ordered, and am very disappointed not to have it. If they want to illegally discriminate, they could ATLEAST have done it leaving us enough time to make alternate arrangements.

I spoke with Danny multiple times over a three week period, planning shirts for my group event. I sent the graphic nearly 2 weeks in advance. I spoke with him 5 days in advance to confirm the order and pickup time. I got a call 12HOURS before the agreed upon time telling me they would not be able to complete the order because of a personal, religious objection to the message to be printed. At no time during our conversations when he received and read aloud the graphic did he indicate that there might be a problem. I can understand having an objection, and would have taken my business elsewhere had I known. But now I won’t have my shirts for this event because I had no time to find another vendor. Thanks for nothing.
