McDonald’s

Typical, good McDonald’s! The food is always pretty good and the staff is always nice and fast. The drive through window is almost always quick. Rarely do I have to wait for more than 30 seconds or so before my meal is out the window and I’m back on the road.

Yummy breakfast, what else can I say. The service was expected and the food were prepared as it should have been.

This McDonald’s has been getting worse this year. Seems like McDonald’s in general has been horrible with customer service. They got my chicken snack wraps wrong. I asked for no shredded cheese and got cheese but no lettuce. The receipt even says no shred cheese. The wraps themselves have those custom request stickers with tags on them that says no cheese, yet I still got cheese. This is not just a preference, I get severe diarrhea if I eat cheese. Guess they don’t really care. Plus, I never get napkins unless I check and ask. Another time at this same place, they «forgot» to give me the wrap. Really?! I even asked the girl at the window if my wrap was in the bag because I couldn’t see it on top of all the food in the bag. So, when she said yes, I assumed it must be way at the bottom. Wrong! I had to go all the way back and complained to the manager. I’ve had similar experiences at other McDonalds but this one is the one I frequent most. McDonalds used to be good, now, they don’t really care if they get customers or not.

I give it 5 stars, even though it is a McDonald’s because the management and employees work hard at this location to make sure things are done right. I haven’t had things always go right, in fact on one occasion it was quite negative, BUT after complaining online later that day, it was made right IMMEDIATELY by the store manager. Good fast food and love their newly remodeled dining room and play area. Also you can’t beat their coffee drinks for their price!

I am not a fan of the burgers and such, but for coffee, it ain’t bad!
