KFC

Horrible horrible horrible! Got a 8 piece grilled family meal got home and looks like a blind man loaded the bag. Coleslaw had leaked out since the lid wasn’t on the container all the way. The grilled chicken was absolutely dry and had no flavor. Do you self a favor and avoid at all cost.

This KFC in Pantego is new and pretty but that is all they have going for them. The service is fair not that great. I have been here three times and the food was okay. I have had better hot and fresh chicken at other KFC’s restaurants. This KFC seem not to be very busy. I am the only one or sometimes 2 people inside. So I think the chicken sits around too long and gets dry.
They need an over haul train the employees on service. Customer service goes a long way. If you read the other reviews you see I’m not alone. And keep the food fresh throw the chicken out if it has been setting around too long. I give them 3 star because they have potential.

We usually enjoy KFC for an easy meal to feed our family, but this location is terrible. There is always a very long wait for the food at the drive thru, but we’ve gotten used to that. However, the last time we went, the service was even worse than usual. We ordered a 12-​piece meal half dark meat and half grilled. The lady said grilled would be an extra 15 minutes, so we agreed to all dark meat. She also never asked our sides until we reminded her. When we finally got to the window, a different lady asked us if we had ordered 2 chicken breasts. We said no and told her we ordered a 12-​piece meal. She then said they didn’t have 12 pieces of dark meat and asked if we’d be okay with a hodgepodge of other things including crispy, original, and both dark and white meat. We were in a hurry so we felt forced to say yes. We again had to ask for our sides and biscuits. She asked us how many biscuits we needed as if they don’t come with the meal. Overall, the experience took about 30 minutes, and we left with food that wasn’t what we wanted.

Food is good & the service has always been nice & friendly.
My only complaint is they ALWAYS seem to be out of something when I come in the evenings.
Other than that, fairly decent place. The only KFC in the area.

Horrible horrible horrible service! I’ve been here a few times mainly because I work nearby. The service is horrible, none of the workers greet you when you walk in, they just stay behind the counter and do what they’re doing until you get their attention. One time, I went through the drive through and ordered a meal for my family, I pulled up, paid, and noticed that they forgot the corn that I ordered. I reminded the girl that gave me my order and she told me it was going to be about 15 minutes so she told me to pull up the the other side. I sat there and waited in my car for 30 minutes, and when I walked in and asked for it the same girl gave it to me and DID NOT APOLOGIZE, she just offered me a cookie for the ‘inconvenience’ I said no thank you and she asked ‘are you sure’ I gave her a rude look and walked out. Never again will I come back to this KFC.

This place is not like the other KFC, they are slow and don’t get the order right, the chick had been sitting for along time, had to bring it back and ask for a refund
