Subway

Only location that does not accept any money over $ 20 dollars at any time. Came it to buy 3 foot longs with equaled $ 26, it was a 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Tried to pay for the food with something bigger than 20. Turned me down. I could understand if it was night time. But in the middle of the day with other customer on site. Only accepting 20’s is a very stupid idea.

No smiles. Good parking, kinda small. Sloppy sandwich and I said honey mustard on the side — get home and they gave me jalapeños on the side???

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. The worst costumer service ever the lady that makes my sandwiches looks like she would rather be dead then be working, just watching her alone is disgusting. I understand u hate ur job but she should be lucky she has one. I would have fired her ass on day one! I only go here because it a block away from home but the employees seriously make me consider taking a drive to another location. Not to mention she made a shity sandwich. Just go and see for yourself. Garbage!

Food was good, as it is at most Subways, but the young man who filled my order was rude, difficult to understand, and very skimpy with the toppings, etc. You would have thought I was asking him for something huge with each thing I added.

This subway has the worst customer service of all times. There should fire every employee there. Went in to the guy says nothing to me we look at each other for like 6 second he said nothing until I was like «can I get a foot long wheat» and he still didn’t say anything. The curly hair guy should be fire worst sandwich maker ever he need to get a new job you can tell he hate every thing about his job. And he is making my subway experience super terrible.

Our company ordered from this location because it’s close to Kaiser hospital. They got my order completely wrong. AND when i went back to have it remade, the worker was RUDE, didn’t speak English, and refused to apologize.
SHE also complained about me in front of my face in Spanish and called me a chink, assuming i don’t understand Spanish. how ignorant.
I do not recommend this location.

Gotta stick up for my local subway! I’ve been to Subways all across America and I’m a self proclaimed expert on the local LA area shops and trust me, this is the best Subway around. They recently underwent a great renovation and the place is pristine! It’s clean, it’s modern and busy (which is important because it ensures that everything is as fresh as possible). All of the ladies that work there are extremely nice and always take a second to say hello to me. They often try to remember my regular orders and even though they hardly ever remember it perfectly, it says enough that these are the type of employees that TRY.
Don’t listen to the other reviewers who had a bad fast food experience– it’s still fast food, guys, and isn’t worth that level of scrutiny. A great spot to grab a quick lunch and, in a neighborhood without any healthy options, it’s a top option for sure.

Well, after a visit on Sunday, 12/​16, they still haven’t learned to clean their tables. They can’t say that it was too busy, nor can they say they were short-​staffed as there were 4 employees on duty. The sandwich was good, but that’s what you expect from an assembly line sandwhich shop.

I am very disappointed with their catering services they provide to their clients. I recently placed an order for a sandwich party platter and when I arrived the next day to pick it up at 6:30 in the morning they had no clue what I was talking about. I showed them the receipt I was given after I paid and they explained that no one had told them about the order. Ultimately, the sandwich platter was made but in me being late to work.
The only reason I give them 3 stars is because they are open 24 hours. As far as the service they provide when you walk-​in, its mediocre.

dude all the ladies that works here look so depressed They all look so sad! they act grumpy and they act like just got dumped by thier bf a few hours ago. i walk in here so happy and walked out with a frown. The food, well its subway you know how it tastes like.

Went in for some sandwiches today. The girl that made my sandwich was so rude to us. Q She probably had a bad day today and i just feel like i was disturbing her coming in. Limited veggie selections. Will never return to this place.
