If I could give this place no stars, I would. Brought in 3 pairs of pants to be altered and they altered one pair one leg shorter than the other and forgot to alter the other pair. Tried to explain this to the owner and she completely denied her work and refused to give my money back. A pair of brand new designer jeans that’s completely ruined. Do yourself a favor and never go here.

Completely unprofessional, hardly speak English, and simply hung up on me after I asked how fast the turnaround was.

Completed destroyed my jacket and tried to blame me by telling me that’s the way I brought it in. This was my first visit and will be my LAST.

How have I waited this long to review this place?! I’ve been a customer for AGES (10 – 15 years?). I come here to hem my designer jeans, I come here to shorten sleeves, raise skirt hemlines and take in/​out waist lines as needed. I also come here to clean and press my works slacks, dress shirts, pleated skirts and wool coats. I have NEVER been disappointed with the work they do. Prices are VERY reasonable ($ 8 jeans hems). The work is always on time and my clothes always looks great.
This place is owned and run by a very sweet older Korean couple. They are older, but they get it and do good work. The parking lot at this strip mall can be maddening, and the parking spots are tiny, but the cleaners has a 10 minute parking spot that you can use.
I live near 5 other cleaners and always make the drive to come here instead. Overall a gem in Panorama City!

I’ve been a customer here for about 8 years and I really have nothing bad to say about this place. Owned by nice, honest people. Service has always been great and I get my clothes back the way I want it!
