I was so excited when this place opened… Not anymore, this place is bad. I ordered shrimp ball, it was supposed to be fried, waited 15mins and it was cold when I bit into it, no part of it was even warm, rice was dry like it was day old. The girl forgot part of my order and even argued that I didn’t order what was missing. Just bad, it is no wonder why it is empty during lunch hours. It is bad…

The food are good but the service sucks. We ordered from the hospital and spend like $ 77 and when I asked if there’s condiment already. One toughy guy answered me and says everything here is self service. I will understand if they are busy but there’s only two customer dining inn and there’s four employees standing laughing, whispering and smiling at me. So I did my self serve condiments. On my way out. I did not even hear a word from the employee if I need assistance or help. And I was carrying nine bags of food. There was no consideration at all. So rude. Disgustingly upset!!! Never go there again.

I’ve been here plenty of time and it’s as good as it gets for me. Indont need to drive all the way to Chinatown. Their Salt N Pepper Pork Chops are good if not better than any other in San Fernando Valley. Their SNP Squid is also a good buy. Found myself a good spot.

Im not gonna lie, I love the food here and you can get a lot of food for cheap! But I’m only giving this place 3stars because service here sucks! I usually order food to go, but I came and ate here one time with a party of 5 and they didnt get my order right. The condiment section is nasty, sticky bottles and its self serve, but like. Why? Why not have condiments on each table? Never again would I eat in so I suggest you take your food to go.

This place is disgusting. The condiment station alone was nasty. Everything you touch is sticky or encrusted with old, dried spill-over. Clearly they have not been cleaned in months, if ever. Had the shrimp Har gow and shrimp balls. Both were not fresh, hard and dried up. Neither had any taste to it, and the shrimp ball dripped with oil as you wrestled to chew it. Why do people come here? I don’t see a good reason to. Might as well pay $ 2 more and get delicious, fresh, steaming hot dimsum from A&W Seafood(Northridge or Grenada Hills)!

I ordered this last night and despite the long wait time on delivery(which i can only assume just felt like a long time because I was hungry) the food came hot and fresh. I ordered the Shrimp Dumpling, Sesame Seed Balls, Steam rolls(fried) and Pork steam rolls. Shrimp Dumplings where soo good. I know sometimes that they can taste fishy — but these were awesome. Yum yum good. Sesame Seed Balls were yummy. Not to hard and not to soft. The red bean inside was good too there wasnt too much and not too little just the right amount(which was perfect for me considering I dont personally care for to much red bean). The Steam Rolls(pork meat) were good surprisingly. I was expecting Bao(which are made with BBQ Pork, but these werent bad, just not what I was expecting. The Steam Pork rolls were also good. I dont really understand the bad reviews — because the food I received was good(though it was all dim sum). I will definitely be ordering here again. Yum yum! Happy Tummy.

I appreciate the options, many of which aren’t otherwise available in the valley. I also appreciate that they deliver. Food wasn’t as good as I had hoped.

Growing up in San Francisco I was excited to see a Dim Sum place not only in the valley but in L.A. that has Shark Fin dumplings! I got takeout of Pork Shu Mai, Shark Fin Gow & Har Gow. All a solid 4 out of 5. The only downside was their Credit Card machine wasn’t working and this wasn’t brought to my attention until after I ordered my food.

Food is not clean. Worst customer service. Too many lazy people working here. Too expensive. And its a dirty place.

For some reason you’re deep into the heart of the San Fernando valley and in need of dim sum. There’s a modest seating area but you’re best bet is to order take out and try their variety of dim sum and authentic Chinese food. The chicken shu mai were large solid and substantial. Juicy, moist and definitely delicious. The shark fin dumplings were a special treat too — soft and so flavorful. The good people here don’t speak English very well but we’re still very nice and patient listening to our questions and making recommendations. There are other Chinese dishes I have yet to try but the dim sum is a definite must. Don’t let the area turn you off. If you craving dim sum and don’t want to drive outside of the SFV, then this is your spot.

They just changed the name and they became worse!!! The shrimp ball that I order from them became really bad, not just the appearance but also the taste!!! They made it bigger but there was a lot of air and space inside!!! This was the only food I enjoyed from them before, and now no more!!! So disappointed!!!

Wow so far one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. The food was sooo yummy! Came across them through eat24 and I am so happy I found a good Chinese restaurant that delivers through them! I ordered Kung pao chicken, broccoli chicken, chow mein, chop suey with shrimp. I am so picky when it comes to chow mein. The texture of the noodles and flavor has to be right and this place hit the spot

I took a chance to eat here since I was starving and wanted to eat something away from the norm… big mistake. PROS: –big/fulfilling portions –sharksfin dumplings –refunded in cash for the soup CONS: –somewhat filthy tables –pretty damn expensive –I ordered the foll.: *spicy seafood noodle soup($ 8.99) — I was eating then noticed when I picked up a shrimp, there was something on it. I wasn’t sure if it was a bug so I spoke to the cashier lady and she brought out Mr. Lee, who happens to not only be the chef, but also the manager & owner. His initial response had a look of annoyance as he told me, «I don’t know…» being a 1st time customer here, I wasn’t happy w/that response so I told him that I wanted to be refunded only for the soup. I wasn’t about to eat something that might possibly make me sick. he then proceeds to go back to the kitchen w/o saying a word to me, then claims that it’s part of one of the black shrimps, but it isn’t as you can see in the photo(note: if you didn’t know what the long string black line is, that’s the shrimp’s poop…) *4 pcs of sharksfin dumplings($ 3.69) — pretty good *5 pcs of chicken siumai($ 3.69) — didn’t taste fresh; actually left me gagging after 1 bite of one *1 tall can of AZ green tea($ 1.25) — no complaints OVERALLREVIEW: I won’t be coming back… regardless of the owner not speaking fluent English, he never once sympathized w/me nor did he apologize; it was his cashier, Angel, apologizing for him. You guys are a new business and if you seem displeased w/a new customer’s complaints, then what’s the point of opening one?! Learn some business etiquette and lower your rates!

I had them deliver tonight and found the food to be very nice. Delivery time was right on the nose, as was the accuracy of the order. The gentleman that delivered had a sweet friendly smile with a happy demeanor. Delivery dim sum is never as good as right off the cart, but this was still tasty. The beef with tomatoes was nice and tender, as good as any I’ve had before. I will certainly visit them again.
