Having the task of bringing home my brother’s ashes, I was a first-time visitor late yesterday afternoon. I want to make the kindness and professionalism of the man who greeted me what you read first. With that’s being said, it’s in a questionable neighborhood, I did have two patrol cars pass mine before I was certain of where to park/enter. Does that make it safer or more obvious? And while I understand controlling costs/rent for any business, they could have spent less on the furniture(sparse, as it was, but proper) and put up some room partitions to hide exposed power panels and service doors that made me feel as if I was doing something illegal, or at the very least, less practiced than is the norm. It serves it’s purpose.
