I am sorry to say that I had a very negative experience at this business this morning, when my husband and I went to look at kitchen faucets. The young man who helped us at the outset was very nice, but he was supplanted by his manager, who was extremely hostile and aggressive. She came very close to accusing us of just asking for information that we were going to use elsewhere, and when my husband explained that we were indeed interested in purchasing, but that we were working with a contractor she kept on reiterating«I just want t know how deep I want to get in here» over and over again. She stopped looking or talking to me at that point, and only addressed herself to my husband. At this point, I felt so attacked and humiliated that I just couldn’t wait to get out of the store. It was just awful. If you run a business that is open to the public, it behooves you to treat any potential customer with politeness. We were polite to you. There was no need to address us and me in particular in such a hostile and sexist manner. Thank you.

Short version of my review: Great customer service and fair pricing for top quality products. Long version of my review: I was remodeling my bathroom vanity and wanted a nice new faucet and sink. I went to the Expressions Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Van Nuys. This is a showroom and they have medium to high end sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs and toilets on display. As soon as I walked in I was nicely asked if I needed help by Sharon Solloway. I told her I wanted a modern faucet and sink to go with a granite vanity top I was having cut the next week. She asked me a couple of quick questions to narrow the search and showed me several beautiful sinks and faucets on display and then opened a book and showed me even more options. I really loved a couple of options so Sharon printed out all the technical specs for each item and gave me a copy. She even gave me color swatches for the faucets and sinks to take home. She informed me most of their items once ordered arrive in three weeks. I went to my granite guy and he said it might be helpful to have the faucet to make a perfect cut for it even though I had the specs. Plus he was going to have the vanity top ready in a week and I did not want to be with out a bathroom sink for three weeks. So I called Sharon and asked if she could rush an order. So late in the day she found the item at another distributor and had them express ship it. The item arrived in two business days and I picked it up. The price seemed completely fair. it was below Kohler’s list price and very comparable to most internet sites. But Sharon and her customer service is the real bargain here. It is rare to find such good customer service these days.
