So I’m here again with the kids I ordered the hamburger family meal which is what we always get 4 fries 4 burgers and 4 drinks and it’s always great for the price. Today I ordered a chicken plate dinner because I always wanted to try it and it was not very good the chicken was sweet and I didn’t like that the only good thing was the fries and soup chowder … Beans tasted like from the can

The drive thru sucks big time. They can, never get the order right. The, person working the headset can never hear what you say. And there is always a huge wait. you get home and most, of the time the fries are not cooked all, the, way, the food is cold. Highly disappointed in this place.

Delicious food, sub par staff, and really slow service both in the drive thru and inside. Their fruit punch tastes like seal blood with a dash of tap water and lime because it is the mix not the actual fountain drink. Also they have stupid little fees for condiments. I feel the first couple should be free and then after 2 you can begin to charge .50 for another.

I used to love their burgers. I come here for lunch during my work day all the time. Staff is very friendly. The past few times I’ve eaten here the cook has been over cooking the burger patty to the point that it’s burnt on the outside. I don’t have time to send it back as I’m on a timed lunch break. Sometimes the french fries have seasoned salt, sometimes not. Need more consistency. Not sure if I’ll keep coming back in fear of a burnt burger.

Horrible service Tom’s really needs to train their staff. I bought a meal and the waitress took my order to another customer. After she realized she had taken the order to the wrong place. She brought it back to me. I TOLD HER I DIDN’T WANT IT BECAUSE THE OTHER CUSTOMER HAD TOUCH IT. (SHE SAID DON’T WORRY THEY JUST TOUCH THE FOOD A LITTLE BIT).
One thing for sure I’m not ever coming back to this place. I don’t trust them, the way they make their food.

It’s a pseudo diner so really what should anyone expect? Food’s OK, servers try to be attentive, food comes out most of the time fairly quick and hot. So they meet the basic needs.
But the little extra charges get old. If I ask for tomato slices to replace the hash browns (or cottage cheese) in a breakfast order I am charged an additional $ 1.50. So I choose to avoid potatoes to reduce carbohydrate intake (not good for diabetes) and make a healthier choice by ordering tomatoes, then have to pay more for that choice. C’mon guys.
It’s just Tom’s, so who cares, right? Should be Tom’s owners that care.

I was there at 9:44pm today. the woman in the drive thru was a rudest thing ever!!! I’ve never had a problem there. But tonight was way different an nasty! Not only did she make me get out the car to hand her my card when she gave it back she throw it at me. Then wouldn’t give me my drink just say it in the window. Same with my food. I also waited 20 min Be hide another car before he just left. Then 10 min at the window. After I finally got my food I asked for ketchup an before I could finish. She said «in bag» an slammed the window. She needs to be fired, an these fast food people want 15 $ an hour. For what to be rude?

Just visited this location for the first time. I have to say it was quite an enjoyable location. The restaurant was clean and looks new inside.
My party ordered a chicken salad, turkey burger, pastrami sandwich and an order of onion rings. Although I must admit, I think it is a bit over priced. Just an order of onion rings and a chicken salad cost me about $ 15, which is a bit much. Good food but too expensive.

Seems like a happening place but was disappointed overall with the food.
Stopped in for lunch when we found our original destination closed.
Service was slow with almost 5 minutes in between each of us being served… even though it was all on one ticket.
Trying to cut back on my carbs… I chose the 50⁄50 lettuce wrap style with a salad. The lettuce was basic iceberg… wilted…edges browning… not real exciting. The burger itself was good and imagine on a bun amazing.
Also ordered was the steak sandwich and the chicken sandwich. Steak very good… chicken just OK.
I’d stop again, however I’d be more careful in the choices.

Very Disappointed withTOMS this morning after I took my Kids to have Breakfast with me. I know what my what my Daughter order from the Menu, she even showed the Cashier the She Wanted the Strawberry Pancakes Special with e the Eggs Over Easy and Bacon. They charged us for the Strawberry pancakes and they made me BUY ANOTHER MEAL SO I COULD GET THE EGGS, bacon and Hash-​browns !
So me Daughters 6.99 meal came out to 6.99 X 2!!! NOT KOOL

I haven’t been to Tom’s in awhile but we went today and they use new buns and they r so good… they changed up they’re menu with different cheese add on and meat add ons. we ordered a cheeseburger with pastrami and another one of avacodo bacon cheeseburger with a side of chili cheese fries and we added nacho cheese too cause I’m a fat ass like that the

I was passing through on saturday and decided to drop in. Glad we did I had the pastrami special and my wife had the country fried stake special. The food was good they serve you a lot and the price was even better. When in palmdale will drop by again.

This is my cool drive thru spot to pick up breakfast for my mother you get the number 4 comes with two eggs toast hash browns for 4.50 can’t beat that with a stick

The low review isn’t for the staff or service, they were great.
The food although was horrible. For being so highly priced I expected alot more. This was my third time visiting a restaurant from this chain (visited more than once incase the first couple times were flukes).
The items with chilli were so smothered that my fiancé and I could barely make it through them. Everything was soggy, plain and overpriced.
If you want quality go to Primos

I have eaten here on several occasions and the food has been consistently okay, maybe not great but at least good and you get a decent amount for the price. The place is usually clean although you might spot a table or two that needs to be wiped down and for some reason on my last visit 50% of the available tables needed to be cleared of dishes, I think I may have just missed the breakfast rush.
While I haven’t tried every item on the menu I have tried many of them and everything has been fine. I have not experienced any of the problems with service that other Unilocalers have mentioned here.
On my last visit I stopped in for a snack and got myself an order of chili cheese fries. They were good and filling. My order was taken quickly, the young lady taking my order was pleasant, and when my order was ready it was brought to my table.
Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away, you will get good food at a good price here!
