Not a big sea food fan but thats okay because this place has provided great alternative to me as a non-​sea food fan over the years being that my parents and grandparents LOVE sea food and have taken me several times. Waiters and staff are always very nice and everything moves at an average restaurant pace, neither slow or fast service.

First time at this Red Lobster and by far it is way better than any other I have gone to. Went in yesterday for a late Valentines dinner with my husband. This place is very clean. Their customer service is on great and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated which is not bad compared to a wait time of 1 hr in other RL. Will definitely come back.

My hubs and I came to RL for lunner (around 3-​ish) and were seated fairly quickly.
Our waiter was pretty attentive and it was nice that other waiters checked on us.
I ordered the ghost pepper shrimp and grilled garlic shrimp, which came with a side of rice pilaf and broccoli. Everything was delicious and pretty filling. My hubs ordered the 6 Oz salmon that was topped off with shrimp and a huge serving size of broccoli. Some of the broccoli didn’t look or taste appetizing, but everything else was pretty good.

Party of six. Sunday afternoon. 40 min wait for a seat. Waitress was polite but it took another 45 minutes to get food out. Too long for lunch. We ordered salads and fingers. Shouldn’t have taken so long. Good was just okay. Altogether we were there for about two hours. Most of which waiting.

I love their endless shrimp! I came here 7 times during the promotion and was not disappointed at all! They get your orders out very quickly, I’m going to miss the endless shrimp, it was amazing. And I think they changed the bread recipe? Either way it tastes better now.

Went there today with my wife. The restaurant was two-​thirds empty but they wanted to seat me in the bar since the people we were to meet had not yet arrived. I told the girl that I wanted to get a table so I could order drinks and appetizers and they were to arrive in just a few minutes. She told me I could wait in the lobby or the bar. I told her goodbye and took my business to Outback Steakhouse where I was treated nicely.

me and my sister went for endless shrimp. There was no wait to be seated, the waitress was nice and make sure our drinks were always full. She put in our shrimp orders fast, so we always had shrimp coming to the table. I wasn’t a fan of the new grilled teriyaki shrimp it made the shrimp taste «gummy», but the scampi, regular grilled shrimp and the pineapple coconut bites tasted great.
The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly & Fast, the food was great. We will be back

Took the wife out for are anniversary. As soon as we walked in we were sitted. got are menus looked through them, talked a while, opened Facebook. 20minuts later. still no waiter. bad service here.

I finally got to go to Red Lobster last week. I was out in Palmdale for a job and I noticed a Red Lobster. I said to myself I’ve got to have better luck with this one. I can’t hit two bad Red Lobsters in one week. I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but other than that everything was awesome. My waitress was super attentive. My coke and water glasses never even got half empty. My food was delicious. And yes I even got my cheese biscuits!!! So hot and delicious. I have to be in Palmdale once a month for work and I will definitely be back!!!

Service is slow. Hostess Alex is rude, no good evening, no hello, straight to iPhone; had to asker if she could sit us. She said to wait and walked away. To top it off they have no lobster! She ended up giving us a table
meant for 4, even though we had 5 people. She added a chair At the end of the booth!
Trina saved the day! She asked how we were, we stated cramped, she said
Let’s fix that and got us an larger table
With plenty of room. She was positive all

Stuffed mushrooms… Great they were really good. I’m not a fan of mushrooms. I Ordered them because in the menu they looked appetizing, and they were.
Shrimp pasta was great
The sirloin steak was also great
The only bad thing I experienced while on my visit was the male waiter. Name was «Alex» had rude attitude. Kinda slammed my partners food tray and drink. He really kinda didn’t seem like he enjoyed his job.

Food was great as usual, our waitress was friendly but was very slow with the service. Our drinks were empty for more than half the meal and the biscuits were kind of dry and not super warm, so they weren’t that great. Some of our crab was over cooked as well, but all in all it was a nice experience.

The last 2 times we went we got horrible service. The food is always good.
Our most recent experience:
Sat at our table, waited 20 minutes before we even got our waters and rolls. Waited even longer for them to take our order. I’m not exaggerating. We have both worked in the food service industry and what happened was completely unacceptable.
We haven’t been back to this location in a long time because of these situations. When there are so many other options close by, you better make sure you are always on your game.
I’d rather travel to the Red Lobster in Santa Clarita. This location should take directions and help from them.
