The best pizza! The service is always great! The tomatoes on top of the pizza makes it even better!

The only complaint I have is that they’re not open Mondays! The place is awesome, the food is great, and I’ve never ever had anything less than great service. Everyone is very friendly. The pizza is the best in town in my opinion and the bread puffs… Oh the bread puffs. Freaking awesome! Thank you Numero Uno for putting up with my rowdy bunch when we come in.

Garlic puffs wow. We would come here for them alone. Beware, the 6 piece is almost a meal on its own. The owner was present and he and his staff were so cordial and professional, we felt as if we were in a high end restaurant. We spoke with the owner and he said something that I will carry forward in my business. Oh and the pizza, damn great.

The food is so amazing. Best pizza in town by far, it is very unique and tasty. The staff is very kind and helpful. They get to you pretty fast, so no longer waits, and I’ve been going here for years. I will always go here for pizza and pasta. It’s the best

We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great meal. Excellent choices and landed on soup and salad. It was delicious… check out their garlic knots — yummy! While the food is good we’d be remiss if we didn’t highlight for you the EXCELLENT service we received from Susana. Remarkable attentiveness, friendly and all around fantastic. Susana, THANKS for making our dining experience wonderful. BJ’s is fortunate to have you on their team.

My second time ordering their thick pizza & jumbo ravioli. So far the quality is excellent & their customer service is above average. I will continue to order from them.

My favorite is the Romano Bread Puffs! They are the best thing ever. All the cheese and butter makes your mouth water.

The garlic bread puffs are absolutely amazingly delicious. Imagine 6 puffy fresh baked bread knots bathed in a delicious garlic butter bath with sprinkled Parmesan cheese; absolute heaven in a tin! You can actually dunk the knots in the vast pool of garlic butter that is in the tin, not just a drizzle, and absolute soaking of delightful goodness. Poetry, absolutely Italian garlic bread knot poetry on a plate! NOTE: definitely not for those on a diet; well worth the points though! I ordered the medium thick Works pizza. The toppings were generous, the flavor was very rich and the crust and sauce married together nicely. I ordered it TOGO. My only complaint was that the pizza was barely cut, and the chore in my hotel room(without utensils) was shredding the pizza into slices of messy mush-Mash. The perimeter crust was not scored in the least; the center was some what cut to show«suggestions» of the shape of the pieces, but honestly now, carry the cutting wheel further to the edge and cut the pie into well defined serving slices. Don’t make me wrestle the food for a slice. This place really deserves a 5, but until they cut the pizza thoroughly edge to edge, I’ll keep them at a 4.

We had our dinner delivered today since I was car less, but I was not disappointed. We had the chicken Marsala which could’ve used a little more seasoning, but overall good. And pizza was delicious. The minestrone soup was really good and we enjoyed the canollies! Def great dinner!

I absolutely love eating pizza so I decided to try this place since they delivered in my area. Ordered a large pizza, cheese ravioli, and some garlic balls(can’t remember what they are called). The ravioli was ok, not the best but still good. The garlic balls came in an aluminum container with a pool of garlic butter at the bottom and they tasted suspiciously sweet(weird). Last but not least was the pizza, which I didn’t care for and will not be ordering again. Customer service was great though! & they delivered in the time frame I was given, so that’s a plus :)

This was a random, off the freeway lunch stop. The name says Number 1, but the food says Numero 10. I think the people who stay in the nearby hotels need a bad review to avoid this place. I don’t know anything about the history here, but that history does not include knowing how to make Minestrone Soup. There were a few spaghetti noodles that either fell in the soup by mistake or something. The soup was a watery mess of mostly celery. Off to the rest of the $ 8.95 chicken parmesan dinner which was even less impressive. I did eat the lone cutlet, but it did not seem like a real piece of chicken — a bit rubbery. The bed of pasta was overcooked in a watery tomato sauce. I went because it was the only non-chain in the center, but a chain would have worked out way better.

Where I used to live I would stop by a nearby Numero Uno at least once a month, that was about 15 years ago so it has been quite a long time since I have sunk my teeth into one of those deep dish pies. I found out that there was a Numero Uno only 10 miles from where I am now living so I decided to stop in for lunch. To tell you the truth I was a little worried that it wouldn’t live up to my memories. Upon entering I noticed how neat and clean everything was, both in front of and behind the counter. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who showed me o a table and handed me a menu. By the time the server returned to the table I was ready to order. I ordered a Large Deep Dish Pizza with Pepperoni and Sausage. I also ordered a Pepsi as my beverage. While I waited I looked around the restaurant and visited the restroom, like I said before, everything was clean. There is seating for about 36 at a combination of booths and tables. Dark stone flooring, yellow walls, and hanging lighting fixtures above each booth completes the interior. After a short wait the pizza was brought to the table, it looked like I remembered it but would it taste the same after all these years? One bite later I had my answer, it was delicious, the crust soft and sweet, the chunks of tomato were juicy and flavorful, the cheese melted to perfection and the toppings were equally as good. For those of you who may have never tried Numero Uno I should tell you that this pizza may taste a little different that others you have tried. The crust is slightly sweet! That may sound odd but believe me it is very pleasing to the palate and really works well. The pizzas also are topped with tomato chunks, which just adds a little something. All these things together add up to one great pizza. Something I would like to add before I finish this review, the service was excellent. The server stopped by several times to check up one me, refill my drink, and ask how everything was. A gentleman who I am assuming is the owner even stopped by to check on me! Good food and service should go hand, at many places you’re lucky to get one or the other but here you get both!
