The place is alright. They have large 7 inch bread rolls for their sandwiches, however they hardly fill them with meat. Certainly stingy with their portions. As I sat and ate, I noticed others customers with Great Steak food throwing large pieces of the bread rolls away, as I did. Not enough filling for these rolls. They have fantastic photos of food, and like other places the food doesn’t match the image, but the discrepancies in representation of what to expect from the food here is ridiculous. The fries and mozzarella sticks were good. But I always leave feeling unsatisfied with the sandwiches.

Horrible place. Bad customer service. U inviting place.
Had to wait 15 minutes before one of the two employees came out from the back. As the employee took my order, his coworker would constantly interrupt us to talk about gossip. Any questions you have will either get a «yes» or «no» answer. Food took long and the taste was ok. I do not recommend this place

This is the place to go for a really good Philly cheese steak. Their fries are the best I’ve had anywhere and the food is always nice and hot.

Always see this place in the mall and one of the reasons i don’t go is because it’s kind of expensive. Ordered the Philly bacon cheese steak. I liked it — steak, cheese, bacon… made right. I just wish my fries came in a cup, like the pictures show…
