El Pollo Loco

I have come many times to this pollo loco about 10pm and 1030pm and there hours to close is 11pm and they are close before there time !!! What’s going on!!! They need to change there hours to 10 pm

They don’t have the AC very high can’t even feel it. Hello?! We are in Palmdale aren’t we? It’s not winter just yet.
This Place is horrible, suffocating here! Can’t even eat comfortable here. Will not be returning here.

Place has an «A» rating very clean and great customer service. There are not many options around this area so it’s good to find a good place to eat.

I like that the chicken is not fried but one day late in the evening I pulled into drive-​thru and witnessed an employee taking out the garbage. In this garbage the employee had several super sized empty bean cans. He made several trips to discard the large cans. So when I get to the window I asked management if they were using fresh beans or canned beans in the food and he looked me in the face and told me FRESH! Smh… But I’m not a huge health hypocrite I still like it and still drop in sometimes

WORST EXPERIENCE
Wanting a bite before work, I walked into this restaurant. A FEUD was going on between the ‘General Manager’ MAX and another customer, an older lady.
Apparently she witnessed this manager (MAX) sweep the crap off the floor then waived the broom OVER the food prepared for future purchases…
The woman, in concern for customer’s consumption of CRAP, spoke up.

Hands down my favorite chicken place in AV. I am not a fast food fan, but this is a fresh take on fast. All the food is delicious, I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like. The chicken is fall apart, moist, and I could probably eat a whole one on my own. Service is friendly and even the bathrooms are clean.

I had lunch here today. I don’t believe I have ever given a 5 star review at a fast food chain restaurant so this is a first for me. I will first start with the food and restaurant and I’ll finish by telling you why I gave 5 stars.
I arrived at 11:00 am, there were only a couple of other people eating, the restaurant looked clean. I decided on the Spicy Chipotle Burrito which includes Fire-​grilled chicken, rice, beans, sour cream and chipotle sauce. I also ordered two churros. My order was ready quickly and I sat down to eat.
The burrito was very good, still steaming hot and just spicy enough without being too spicy. The churros were also good.
If I were to rate the restaurant and food alone it would be a solid 4 which is a very good rating for a fast food place. The reason for the 5^th star was the service. I was greeted by Ruben when I entered, he was very friendly and enthusiastic, he smiled and was extremely pleasant throughout the ordering process. While I was eating he went from table to table with a small tray offering assorted condiments and asking if there was anything else you needed. This is better service than I receive at many sit down restaurants.
The El Pollo Loco corporation would do well to promote this young man. If Ruben isn’t in management he should be, he should manage a store and then be moved to upper management where his drive and enthusiasm can be rewarded.
