Burger King

These people are incompetent. I ordered a meal in the drive through because I was in a hurry. I pulled up to the window and they asked if I wanted ketchup, I said no. Then they handed me a bag of fries. I asked where the rest of my meal was and they started looking at each other confused. I looked at he receipt, they didn’t take my order correctly. What’s worse, I don’t even like there fries! I called the manager from the road and he at least tried to fix it. Then I proceeded to eat my crappy fries, and there it was, packets of ketchup! Ignorant.

Most of the time I go here, the food looks like it was just thrown together and taste flat. The place is clean and the people there are nice, it is just the burgers that taste flat most of the time.

Stephanie did a great job keeping the guests and staff calm and happy during one of the craziest rushes I’ve ever seen here. Zack took my order and greeted me with excellent customer service. It’s great to know when I come to this Burger King that I will be treated with great food and even better service. I will be back. Thank you Stephanie and Zack, sorry if I spelled your name wrong.

When I think about fast food the last restaurant that comes to mind is this particular location. I tend not to write reviews about fast food but this location is extra special. :-) First off, I have NEVER EVER had speedy service here. Like ever… Not once. But sometimes it’s late at night and I want some fries and this is closest to my house. Tonight REALLY annoyed me. Please explain why it takes 20 effing minutes in the drive thru when there is only 1 car in front of my and that lady only ordered a single burger!!! And I only ordered 4 items. It is ridiculous. The only reason why they got 2 stars is because the employees are usually friendly.

Service was as spected the only thing I should mention is that, not only did I waited for my meal to be ready with I didnt mind but the least I want is my food to be cooked right.

It’s open late night and they have a drive thru. I love to come to Burger King for the Coca-​Cola ice it’s only two dollars and some change for a large .At this burger King the food is always cold to me or over cook so I just come here for drinks cause there cheap.

I tend to not really rate fast food places, in a way you don’t expect too much from a fast food establishment. However due to my recent experience here I am. On January 23^rd, 2015 my fiancé purchased a few items that included two orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets through the drive thru window.
When she arrived she realized that the orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets were missing. She did take the time to call and they said to go back with the receipt and they would make things rights.
Once we got there it all was going fine, we gave them the receipt and they gave me the order which was missing the 2^nd order of chicken nuggets. Once I made them aware they stated we were only missing one order and not two. I offered to call my fiancée so they could see they made another mistake. The manager a young looking female comes over and says again that I’m wrong…
I then say no I’m not. She then says that she would make an exception this time.
Here is where I think she make her mistake, why would she assume that the mistake is mine. They already made a mistake and why would I argue over an order that only worth 1.49? I told her again that this was not my mistake.
As I left the establishment the manager said have a nice day in a condescending tone.
VERY RUDE!

LETS JUST SAY THIS HAPPENS TO BE THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! My mother lives just around the corner so when I want something quick, i go here just to grab a burger, fries, or just a sundae. THE NIGHT STAFF IS VERY VERY RUDE! Just yesterday hubby and I stopped through with our kids to grab some food, we ordered and as we got to the pay window she gave us our total. We paid with a 20 dollar bill, after we paid she informed us that there were NO dollar bills in the store that she would have to give us our change of $ 4.76 in nickels and dimes!!! We told the manager that it would be best for the cashier to notify the patrons before hand because than they can have the option to pay for their items with credit/​debit cards or try to gather the exact change. Every time we go to this burger king we always encounter a problem whether its big or small, so from now on we will NOT be going anymore!

Friendly staff, clean facility, and a speedy drive-​thru. I’ve never seen it all that populated though, the few times I’ve been here. So anyways, it’s my favorite Burger King. Still a Burger King though, so the overall food quality prevents me from giving it that fifth star.

I stopped in today to try the new Summer Menu. I had the Memphis BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich which consisted of: Pulled Pork with BBQ sauce, topped with sliced onions and Sweet Southern dressing on a Warm, Toasted bun. I also had a Frozen Lemonade to wash it down with. For desert I tried the Bacon Sundae which consisted of: Vanilla Soft Serve with Fudge, Caramel, Bacon Crumbles and garnished with a thick-​cut slab of hardwood-​smoked bacon. I enjoyed all the items I tried. The Pulled Pork was tender and juicy, the Frozen Lemonade was refreshing, and if you enjoy Bacon and Ice Cream as much as I do then I recommend trying the Bacon Sundae. It may not sound like a good combination but the sweetness of the ice cream, fudge, and caramel combined with the saltiness of the bacon is just superb.
The restaurant was clean, which includes the floors, tables, and men’s restroom. The service was quick and friendly!
