Over the last 6 months or so the food has been hit and miss. The quality for the most part is excellent, the portions however have left a lot to be desired. We stop and get take out 3 or 4 times a month and being a creature of habit I always get the same thing so I am comparing apples to apples. The size of the burger paddy has varied on occasion but usually worth it. The sides however have shrunk. What used to be a bag of fries to go with the burger is now a half bag(most often) tonight I got an extra side of onion strings. Here however is the joke, for $ 3.29 you get a large fork full in a small container. We come up from the SCV and stop here because it is close to home. I think if we want full portions we will need to stop before coming up the hill.

Great Service at this location! Special thanks to Martin one of the managers there! I go with my husband once a week, and he is always very helpful and courteous! He represents the company well! I recommend this location to anyone.

I have been meaning to write this for 6 months now. I had my wedding dinner here in December on a Friday at 3 pm with about 50 people. Let me tell you they were on there game. Everyone’s food came out at the same time are drinks were never empty and they even served us are wedding cake. They were absolutely amazing and I can’t thank them enough for making that dinner less stressful for me. I have been back twice since and it never disappoints

Hello Unilocalers! first of Bjs is always wonderfull! Me and a few of my girlfriends went in recently and had a waiter by the name of Cody, who just gave the best service we have ever had and we are servers ourselves. Very professional as well as funny, great service from him, can’t wait to visit and to sit in his section again. if you any of you Unilocalers want great service just ask for Cody!

I just ate here over the weekend, after avoiding the place for the last year. The food was actually good, the service was good and of course the beer was good. Sat in the bar area, had a great time. But there are things to avoid, their Happy Hour food deals are still BS. You now get ½ portions of apps for prices that are more than ½ of the original cost. Who thought of this scam? It’s a better deal to buy the full portion and pay full price than buy anything on their happy hour menu. But by all means, buy the beer and drinks though, it’s worth the Happy Hour prices. Just avoid the food!

First off BJ’s is one of my go to spots always. But this location in particular is definitely not even on the list. Came in Today on Mother’s Day. Waitress was slow, and rude acted like she despised her job. Not friendly at all took 17 minutes to bring out waters and then didn’t bring out my nephews juice with the water had to wait again. My mom ordered the steak medium well it came out over well with char on it. Sent it back and the waitress comes back to tell us it will be a 45 min wait to cook her steak correctly they are busy. Excuse me we will all be done eating by then. She says nothing I can do you’ll have to wait. I told her to forget about it we don’t want it. Then we ask for to go boxes and the check she walks past us atleast 4 times before acknowledging us and then I had to ask again for the check and to go boxes. She finally brings it and tells me oh by the way I went ahead and to the steak off so you don’t have to pay for it. Well no shit I’m not paying for a meal we sent back without even a bite of. Smh. Poor service not a good experience especially when celebrating your mother. I recommend BJ’S but definitely not this location. No compensation, no sorry about the meal, not even would you like to order something else.

Shout out for great service and delicious food! Grabbed the soup and salad lunch special — best clam chowder found inland thus far! Crisp wedge salad — very good — one note: expediters need to read ticket carefully for add-ons like sides of dressing — annoying when someone drops your food without the right order — Otherwise our waitress was actually bartender Brittany Albertson — taking on an extra shift — way to go Brittany — your cocktail recommendations were spot on — loved the Alabama sunset — my gal pal loved it too but also liked her strawberry mojito! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by hostess extraordinaire Gabby, till we walked out, it was a great luncheon. Kudos to Gabby and Brittany and the chefs — and the management for bringing it all together ! I quit going here for years — overpriced for bad service and so-so food offerings — glad you all changed my mind — Gotta make this my Friday luncheon go-to place! Will be back for dinner, too!

We have dined here on numerous occasions while traveling. If your looking for consistent quality of food and service, this is a good bet. Like most BJ’s, early evenings on weekends will require a wait of more than 30 minutes. Tonight we had a Spicy Pig Tavern pizza, Calamari and Siracha Brussels Sprouts. Two of the Three scored well, with the Calamari coming up way short due to them being overlooked. We pointed this out to our server, Dominic. He quickly made things right and we countered the squid choice with a wedge salad. He was apologetic and seemed eager to make our experience feel right, which he did. Kudos to him for being attentive. Overall, if you want a consistent meal and a good sip, this stop is worth it, especially if you get the right server.

This place has really great food and I can’t say I won’t go back. But the service here especially up front is the worst in any restaurant I’ve ever been to. And me and my wife eat out 5 times a week at least. This place is loaded with young people who don’t want to work. It is visible when you go in. There are more employees sitting doing nothing than working. And I have been here at least 30 times. But we will be going more often to the Yardhouse which has much better service

We’ve eaten here on several occasions and the food has been great. Today I I had a bowl of their spicy chili and half triple decker sandwich. Both were delicious. The service was fast and the staff is friendly.

One of the best restaurants in town. They have lots of beers and dishes. I love the Jeremiah red beer. We always order best beginnings. The staff is really nice. They offer rewards program, which is an incentive. We have been coming here ever since restaurant opened. Keep it up.

Busy Friday night so the wait for the table was 30 – 45, just like most places in the Valley. Save your appetite for the Pazookie. Trust me.

This is one of my favorite date night spots. Tasty drinks. My drink of choice is called«A drink like that.» It’s a blend of vodka, rum, some other crap and Sierra Mist. Try it, it’ll take the edge off ;) their Hefeweizen beers are bomb and I don’t even like beer. My favorite dish is their Atlantic salmon, blackened. It’s the best salmon I’ve ever had, besides that time in Alaska at a salmon bake I went to. It comes with veggies and rice pilaf. So delicious! Their pizza is good too. My fav is the artichoke pizza. It’s no longer on the menu but you can ask for it. Every time I’ve been here the waitresses have been friendly and accommodating. I like that the food actually takes time to make so I can enjoy my drink too :)

Had the misfortune of being back in the area again this weekend so we stopped in for lunch between soccer games down the road. It wasn’t crowded but service was awful. The kids waited 40 minutes to get their burgers and salads that were ordered first. Our food came out before the kid’s food, even though we ordered 20 minutes later — and they didn’t seem to think that was odd. The food was mediocre; the Sculpin was good and well-priced.

No words can say how bad the service was four people at the table order drinks and every things else went down hill after that our food did not show up until we ask for the manager the pizza was cold every item seem as if they put the food under a heat lamp and toss on a plate, the waitress was to busy talking with her co worker to come back to the table, BJ in Palmdale CA needs to be close down the bathroom was very dirty we told the manager how bad it smell and the look on his face was really as if this was not the first time someone told him that, I have been in other Bj Palmdale is the worst never again I will put a call into the corporate office on Monday and email the photos of the nasty restroom

I’ve been coming to this BJs location for years, and always enjoyed it. Having always sat at the bar as a solo business traveler, my interactions are pretty much all with the bartenders, but they have always been great — friendly, efficient. The beers range from«okay» to really very good. It completely depends on what you like, and what you get. The food is generally quite tasty, and I highly recommend their happy hour food deals. In particular, I really do like their wings — even though I love spice, they come(by default) with just a dash of hot sauce on them, and it’s the perfect amount to still bring out the taste of the chicken. But, no matter what I’ve ordered here, I have always been satisfied. The restaurant itself is clean, and comfortable. Parking is easy and plentiful.

My family and I have gone to BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse a few times over the years, and we always enjoy our visits. More recently, we came twice within the last month, and this review is based on these two visits. Here’s a quick summary on the details of this rating, for both visits: — Atmosphere…5 stars — Efficiency…4 stars — Host…5 stars — Waitress…5 stars — Our meals…3 stars — Overall rating…3+ /4– stars The atmosphere at BJ’s is really nice. They’ve got a great bar area, plenty of seating options for larger parties, and nice cozy seating areas for those out on a date. It has a nice layout, is well lit inside and has a good wholesome feel to it. My family and I were quickly seated, for both of our recent visits, in a nice big booth in one corner of the restaurant and it was rather pleasant both times. During our first visit, we were seated by a nice young lady in a corner booth during a busy time. She was friendly, but I don’t remember her name. During our most recent visit, we were seated by Jonathan, and he was extremely professional and friendly. We waited for just a few minutes while he did everything he could to quickly find us a nice big booth for my large family. BJ’s is lucky to have Jonathan; he’s a real pro! During our first visit, our waitress was Jolin, and she was friendly, professional, and she had a great personality. We had a few tricky orders specifically related to food allergies and she was very patient in explaining details related to ingredients in their food. She also provided us with a menu detailing the items that they have related to folks with allergies. She was awesome! Also, thanks to the management at BJ’s for creating this menu, because it is really helpful for families like mine. During our most recent visit, we had Kaytlen as our waitress. Once again, we were lucky to get another totally awesome waitress that was friendly and patient with our complicated orders. Kudos again to the management at BJ’s for hiring awesome waitresses! Our meals were pretty good during both of our visits, but each time there was something disappointing about the meal. During our first visit, my kids’ meals looked delicious and they were all impressed. My meal, on the other hand, was below average during our first visit, where the bacon cheeseburger I ordered appeared to have unusually fatty and low-quality bacon on it. The bacon seemed to reduce the overall experience of eating the burger instead of the opposite. Our meals during our second visit were opposite, where my meal was above average and my kids’ meals were below average. The disappointment during this latter visit included two pizza meals that were noticeably over-cooked, and a delayed meal delivery for one of my kids by several minutes, in addition to it having an incorrect side dish. In summary, I think that BJ’s is a great option for lots of folks in the AV with an excellent atmosphere and an awesome staff that interacts with their customers. This BJ’s could definitely do a better job in the kitchen, where arguably the most important function of any restaurant takes place.

After finding out that there wasn’t a Cheesecake Factory nearby, my hubs and I decided to go to BJ’s for a late valentines day lunch. It was pretty busy, but we only waited a few minutes before being seated. I forget our waitresses name, but she was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the parmesan crusted chicken, which was thinly cut chicken with a nice even layer of parmesan cheese that had a nice golden color that was topped with sun dried tomatoes and came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The whole dish was pretty big and would be plenty for two people to split. Since it only takes me a few bites to get full, I took the other piece of chicken with the potatoes home. This dish is definitely better when it comes straight from the kitchen. I ate the dish the following day and of course it wasn’t as good. My hubs ordered the jalapeño burger, which was a pretty big sized burger that also came with a side of seasoned potato wedges. The burger was pretty delicious and cooked medium well. For two entrees and a pop, our total came out to around $ 32. Not bad for a delicious meal. We were way too stuffed to get dessert, but definitely looking forward to coming back! The noise level can definitely get loud when their busy, but not loud enough where you’re having to scream to your dinner-mate. The restaurant also has quite a few big flat screen TVs hanging all throughout the place, so all the sports fans(aka my hubs) will love this place. This restaurant is located next to the movie theater and a sushi restaurant.
