Arby’s

I finally went to Arby’s for lunch. Well I thought It was going to be delicious. I was not impressed with the food maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I’ve notice that they only have curly fries which is ok and they also have onion rings and other side options to choose from. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon.

I did use coupons so this certainly biases my view because I always consider value.
I thought this arbys was an excellent fast food joint.

Side note:
I understand that most coupons say «1 per customer», but we eat in a three person group so I always ask anyway. So far I’ve had sinultaneous multiple coupons accepted everywhere except for Wendys…
I understand that it’s technically the rule, but if almost everyone can accommodate that and only one establishment cant, then that establishments relative rating suffers.
That being said arbys happily accommodated all of my coupons which is the only reason I would order the bigger sandwiches at a fast food place.
We got 2 Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwiches for $ 6 and on the second coupon we got 1 CCB and a three piece tenders also for $ 6. We used another coupon to get mozerella sticks for $ 2 and also purchased fries.
CCB Sandwich: Cheese and Ham atop a regularly priced chicken sandwich, very tasty and filling. The ham and cheese transform the ordinary chicken sandwich into something massive. No LTO though.
Tenders: I felt that the tenders weren’t that great and fairly generic. Certainly don’t compare to Carl’s Jr. As they lacked flavor. OK with sauce though, and the were a good size although there were only 3.
Mozerella Sticks: 4 of them, pretty good especially with the marinara. Cheap with coupon, something that Arby’s does well.
Curl Fries: Excellent, good price, very tasty and unique, something arbys does well.
Jalapeño Poppers: Got these on a seperate visit with the $ 2 coupon, they give you 5 of them, I wouldn’t recommend them, cream cheese filling leaks out and they don’t have much flavor.
Overall I’d recommend arbys as a fast food restaurant only if you have the coupons from the mail. With coupons the family was fed for under $ 20 w/​tax. Without them the same order would be $ 33+ which I think isn’t worth going to a fast food place for.
I’ll be going around the AV eating and doing reviews of restaurants, casual dining and fast food. I hope to add photos next time.

Haven’t been to this Arby’s in awhile and decided to go through drive-​thru. Order was taken with no problem (1 star). Person at window was friendly even though it was busy (2 stars). Asked if I could use more than one coupon and she said sure (3 stars). Received food in timely manner (4stars). Got home to find one of my items was missing and that we were given 3 packets of Arby’s sauce for 5 sandwiches. Minus 2 STARS. Food hot and still good by the time I got home = + 1 Star. NOTE TO SELF: Check your order before leaving drive-​thru and be specific on amount of sauce.

Clean, spacious, and friendly.

The only thing I can say that was good at this place was the service, our second time ever and probably the last. Food is gross and why would anyone like deli meat? I personally got the gyro with beef and nope its was just cold deli meat in a pita, and the food is extremely expensive for being fast food, I paid $ 25 for food for two of us. Which was cold mear and bread was hard. Never going back.

I went here the other day and WORST SERVICE EVER!
The employee working the drive-​thru seemed so confused and lost, which is strange because I was the only customer at the time.
I didn’t receive any of my fries that came with the combo, and my Mountain Dew was flat!
I called to let them know, the situation and the girl hung up on me!
So then I emailed the manager who’s email is on the drive-​thru window, and it doesn’t exist!
I would not recommend going here at all.

I love this place. They should open one in Lancaster! The staff was friendly to us and we joked with him. If you need ranch or honey mustard just ask them at the counter they will get it for you.

I love Arby’s. I only get the same thing every time, their crispy chicken sandwich! I hadn’t been in a while and I was surprised that they got rid of their regular fries and now they only serve their signature curly fries. I got a small combo and the sandwich with fries and a drink was delicious! I was so glad I decided to indulge in some fast food and that this was my choice. I’m also glad that they just put regular mayonaise on the sandwich now instead of the pink sauce they were putting on before. They should never change their chicken sandwich, its perfect just the way it is.

I like Arby’s, especially their Bacon, Ranch, and Turkey Sandwich. The sandwich feels light and refreshing until you upgrade for a combo meal which includes curly fries and a drink. Those curly fries are something else probably double dipped in lard before being fried, nomm, nomm, nommmmm!
Location
This Arby’s is apart of the AV Mall, right off of the 14 FWY and close to the entrance. The parking lot was fairly small especially since they shut down part of the lot; I’m guessing construction? They have both indoor and outdoor seating which it rather nice.
Staff
I was lucky enough to be helped by Esther. Esther is either new or just really meek. She was nice, mellow, and quiet; Everything I said or asked was met with a smile; simple and easy if you ask me.
Overall
Yay! I’m a fan!

If you want good quality food go ARBYS! There number 1, 2, or 3 (no cheese) Extra ARBY sauce is the BEST!!! now if only they would have there peppermint swirl shake on the menu all year long and ArBY Q! *drool*
