This is a cool looking location, very nice. I’m a big fan of Panda Express and have been wanting to try this location for a while, since the location that’s a little closer to my mom’s, in Cat City, tends to annoy me for various reasons. This store, is clean and I was pleased with with my two entrées(broccoli beef and kung pow chicken) and chow mein but my rice had a few burnt pieces. Other than that I enjoyed the polite staff and would prefer this location over the Cat City location. Props to the young lady at the cash register. The man ahead of me paid with cash. He was due to receive a 10 dollars and forty something back in change. She asked if he would like to donate the coins to Children’s Hospital and he obliged. I thought this was smart as people tend to not want coins back and coins eventually make dollars. I paid with card and when asked if I’d like to donate a dollar, I found it a lot easier to decline.

I went there and there was only a little bit of low mein left so I ask for more such a long wait and after that wait they put the rotten low mein on top which that was the part I got and there were to teenage girls working there and they were very rude so I went there another day same girls same wait not worth $ 20 very disappointed not going there anymore

When I went into the store the first thing I noticed is how clean it was they seem to take a lot of time making sure everything is meticulous. I ordered my food service was fast they took care of me the price was reasonable and everything tasted great love it I would definitely revisit the store

$ 9.00 for a bowl of fried rice false advertising with that you have to pay an additional price for shrimp and a drink how ridiculous. OVERPRICED! Would never return!

Take out order. Found a hair in my food. Way to gross so just tossed it in the trash. Think I will go to the other location down the street.

They rarely have food made. Went in, had to wait. No cook back there even doing anything. He finally comes out and tells me they only make food to order! Since when? So I wait and the cashier gives me a discount. I say«Next time I’d rather have my food ready than discount» so the manager(Anthony) instructs the cashier to remove the discount she just gave me! So I refuse the entire order and ask for my money back. Anthony tells me the I should eat at a different restaurant from now on … and he’s the manager! DONOTGOHERE. I only would go here for my son so this is a good lesson for him that we only go where our money is welcomed and service at least isn’t degrading.

Panda Express is nothing special, but I have to admit this location is actually pretty good. The restaurant is contemporary and spotless. It’s always busy, which means the food is less likely to be old. And if you come early, before the entrees are all sitting out, they’ll make whatever you want fresh. The portions are reasonable. The people are very nice. I recommend skipping the awful dried-out fried rice(fried rice is one of my favorite things, but not at Panda) in favor of chow mein and veggies. Your meal will be much improved. I do miss the tofu and eggplant though. And I wish Pei Wei would come to the Coachella Valley but in the meantime Panda will have to do.

I’m so mad I even came here and wasted $ 9.18, they didn’t have any of the promotional Chinese Spare ribs ready and I didn’t even bother asking because the guy that was serving me sound so monotoned; as if there were a TelePrompTer behind me telling him what to say. The to-go boesx seem to be getter smaller because when I opened mine, my chow mien serving seem to be under served and cold. I wish there was a microwave to warm up my food here. My orange chicken was cold and had looked way better in the hot box than right in front of me. The best part of my meal was the pink lemonade during my stay here. I wish I payed way less here, then I would have been at least mediocrely, satisfied with everything.

I believe that Panda Express is one of the best Chinese fast food joints that I have ever been to. My personal favorite meal are the Orange chicken and the fried rice. Panda Express is a great place to go to if you are craving Chinese food and for a reasonable price and at a quick pace

After leaving Villagefest where we didn’t eat, the next question was where to grab a bite. How about Panda Express? So we Unilocaled it and discovered a Panda about 1 ½ miles away. We arrived around 8:00pm. There’s still ample food selection. We all got the Panda bowl. Just enough to hold us over til morning. What impressed us while we were eating — an employee was outside with a squirt bottle and a rag cleaning the windows and wiping down the sidewalk. We asked each other if that was in the job description. Very clean and roomy restaurant.

Well like everyone says, its Panda Express, i just wanted to write this review to offset the bad ones. I ate lunch here today and thought the food was tastier and fresher than most panda locations I go to. There was only one server when i arrived and she seemed a little stressed. The place was super clean and the temperature was really cool. I really enjoyed my meal here, goes to show you cant always go by the reviews.

Not pleased with the steak and shrimp dish because it had potato in it. Weird and felt like they were cutting costs.

I have been to Panda Express before, but not this one. Let me start off by saying a know this is fast food Chinese and not authentically cooked. However, my white rice was so hard and clumped together … not sticky and wasn’t cooked all the way in some bites. The chicken kung pao, was greasy, heated up way to long and not what I have experienced at other panda express location. Over all I will never go here again. I paid $ 9 and should of just gone to Thai Smile for their $ 8 lunch which is WAY better.

It’s Panda. You know. Stand in a line. Get some OK fried rice and chow mein, and then pick a dish or two or three. A bit greasy, but tolerable. A nice array of entrée dishes, so with very reasonable calorie counts. I usually get a bowl with just one entrée. Just that is 700 – 900 calories for what I typically get. But alas, no more BBQ pork. In fact, Panda is pork-free. That’s NOT good in my book. The store is cheerful and colorful, and the display of fresh vegetables at least makes me THINK i’m eating healthier. It’ll do in a pinch.

Ok, being Chinese, this is like the bottom of Asian food on any standards, but this particular location of Panda Express(and yes, I’ve eaten my fair share of Panda Express, thank you very much) was not good! At least, when it came to ordering the Orange Chicken and Beef and Broccoli. First off, if your establishment is known mainly for the Orange Chicken, one would assume that this is the default go to item. Yes… at other establishments, but not this one! The chicken clearly was reheated at some point and it has this rubber after taste after biting into it, and the sauce was more vinegar than anything! Yuck! Well, the beef and broccoli here didn’t fair any better. The beef was overcooked and left a weird aftertaste. I’ll give credit that at least the broccoli was cooked where it still had a bite to it and wasn’t mushy from who knows how long this particular batch was sitting. So why on earth of all places to eat in Palm Springs and I had to a Panda Express? Well, it was getting late at night for an actual sit down establishment, so we grabbed here for a eat and go. Yea…just keep going and drive past this spot.

OK, I am from the New England where the Chinese food is just amazing so I have to remember that I am in So Cal when as I write this! After many so called Chinese restaurants in SF and here in PS I find that most of the so called Chinese food restaurants in California suck! Panda Express is ok for a quick meal and come somewhat close to what I want and like, but I always get a good meal for the price I pay and this Palm Springs location is the best in the desert. I am longing for Pork Strips and real Chinese Chicken wings, yeah real east coast Chinese Pork Strips, do you know what they are?: ‘( I know there are many good Chinese restaurants in California, but they are far and few… but some are better than Panda Express I only list this as a fast food Chinese restaurant! I guess I need to search out more good Chinese restaurants in California, all recommendations are welcome!
