Carlye M. You sound like a crybaby who takes everything the wrong way. Looking at your past reviews it seems that way. So you changed in the bathroom instead of the dressing room big woop! When I went it seemed like a good idea to use the John and change while I was in there duh! Have you ever worked in Healthcare? Doctor’s offices don’t always do as they have said. I have spent 20 years in radiology and there was nothing«unprofessional» to mention. I walk in and I’m greeted by my name, I filled out my forms and watched a nice big TV, sitting on some very comfy couches I could just sleep in all day, then the guy calls me back and politely asked if I need the mens room before I get scanned, I thought«Good Idea!» knowing me I’d get the urge halfway through, and agian while I was in there I had a metal button on my shorts so they had to come off(nothing new here) so while I was in there of course I changed. Time is money baby and mine is expensive! So I got scanned in under the amount of time quoted because I held still and didn’t need silly towels on my face to help me think of Mai Tai’s on the beach until I’m face down in the sand! And within a day my doctor had results. I was even able to come pick up a copy and Grace was more than happy to mention I could take the digital images with me in case I see a specialist up North. Please people bad reviews are not all they seem. Ever think maybe this big baby did something to rub the guy the wrong way, he’s just trying to get you in and out, the hell with you’re crap and silly jokes. He was great with me, if you read this Thanks Mag!

Wow! What an unprofessional place this is. To begin, trying to make an appointment was a nightmare. I spoke to a person named«Grace» on the phone(and believe me, I needed«grace» to deal with her!) when I called to schedule. My Neurologist had sent everything they needed, including my approved authorization a week prior. She tells me she’s new, and is having considerable trouble with adding my appointment into their system. I tell her the days and times I can come. She promises she will call me before the office closes to tell me the appointment time. She never calls. I give her the benefit of the doubt and wait a day. I call and get Grace again. She now has no idea anything about me the next day, she doesn’t even have the referral time and she obviously did not recall she needed to call me back. I give up, life gets busy, I call again a week later after calling my doctor back to double check all has been approved. They resend everything just to be sure. Now when I call back she(yup! Grace again!) starts asking me all these questions that are the same as what my doctor had already answered for insurance approval purposes. She then says I haven’t been approved by my insurance to get an MRI and that she has left messages(NOMESSAGESWEREEVERLEFT!). I hang up exasperated. So, fortunately I had just checked my mail(which I truly don’t check that often) and low and behold, the insurance approval was sent via snail mail to my address and I had it in my hand! I called back. She says, «oh yeah! It just got there!» LIAR! It was sent to me dated on November 1 and it’s now November 19(thinking in my head, you idiots have had this for freaking 20 days or more!!). I told her it had already been approved a MONTH prior!!! She finally gives me an appointment. Now, I finally go TO my scheduled appointment. The gentleman tech doing the scans has zero personality and is a complete jerk, he has me change in the bathroom, when there’s a changing room right next to the bathroom! I had to carry my bra back to my purse… Uhm? Yeah! Kinda creepy and inappropriate! All my plethora of MRI’s have sent me to leave my belongings in a changing room so if this is their practice there, they should change it! Fortunately, he gets my scans done quickly(as I’m terribly claustrophobic). I tell him about my claustrophobia because other places place a towel over my eyes, so I asked for that. It seems like a huge inconvenience to him, though it takes two seconds! He directs me back to the bathroom, as I try to joke with him about the silly claustrophobia, to replace my undergarment. He had zero friendliness. That’s all. I have zero confidence he did what he was supposed to do, and will never use this company again, even if I have to drive to Loma Linda to get another open MRI! I left telling him, «I hope he has a better rest of the day»…he was Facebooking on his phone while three people were waiting in the waiting room. What a horrible place! Minutes later, after calling the office where the manager was, I get a call back from Grace asking what was wrong. I had already told her before I was going to call the manager. I explained why I was yet again upset… these people!

Easy to make appt but kept us waiting for one hour, then scan took twice as long as predicted. Staff very unpolished and amateur. Radiologist gave us verbal report while being interrupted by phone calls, staff, etc, more interested in showing off his knowledge than anything else. Probably a competent operation but haphazard organization and slapdash approach which doesn’t give you confidence.
