Great customer service! I walked in with 4 sconces and an hour to get to the airport. They helped me out, wrapped everything and got me out the door in plenty of time to catch my flight!

I had to get ink fingerprints here, and the guy knew exactly what he was doing. Done in no time, could not have been more pleasant. And then I had to make a bunch of photocopies. Their charge per photocopy is less than FedEx Office. So why would you go anywhere else? Support local businesses!

Great customer care. I travel for my job and once in while I need my mail sent to me. The staff is both helpful and considerate. They go the extra mile to help their clients.

Reliable Services AND Great Costumer Care. They offer personal mailboxes, other mail solutions, fax, office supplies, and more. It’s a convenient location, right next to a gas station– why make two stops when you can make 1? My family and I have been with them since I was just a kid. I’m reaching 30 now. No complaints. Plus, Steve, the Supervisor is just sweet and happy to help. He’s been there since I can remember.

«Mail Bag Good Me like Mail Bag Ship Package for Me Save time Good Forgetful Man get Help now Me use Mail Bag Lots» –Uncle Caveman the Last minute Gift Giver Okay, I’m the only nut in my family that lives in California, so consequently it seems like I’m constantly mailing out birthday gifts and all sorts of packages to my extended list of nephews and nieces. And in typical forgetful crazy uncle style, I’m always in «last minute mode». Mail Bag always saves my butt. They have all my important addresses in their database. I just give ‘em the name and zoom-o we’re ready to go. Uh, apparently somebody always forgets their Filofax at home. Wha? Me? Fortunately I always remember the gift. No need to box it or pack it up for shipping. The Mail Bag does all of that for me. I just need to show up with the gift, they do the rest. One time they even wrapped the goodies in some fancy birthday gift wrap for me. I’ve been using them for several years now, and they always come through for Crazy Uncle Bill. Sure, it’s costs a little more than going to the post office, but I rarely have to stand in line and I NEVER have to box, seal or address a package. Caveman Lazy like that.
