John from Lotus Garden was remarkable to work with. He captured the vision and created the most beautiful centerpieces and décor for my recent wedding. From a pathway lined with lanterns, pumpkins and greens, to the gift table, to the rose petal aisle, to the cocktail reception and the dinner décor — everything was magnificent. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the flowers.
John, thank you for making our wedding so special and for all the unique touches you added. I am truly grateful.

Excellent customer service! I placed an order ahead of time for flowers to be delivered to friends celebrating their 10-​year anniversary, only to realize a few days later they would probably take a trip to celebrate. I asked if I could put the order on hold until I figured out when they would be back. The staff was very accommodating. When I finally reached my friends, they had just come back from a trip and were getting ready to leave again. Therefore, a flower delivery several weeks after the occasion would be out of place.
I called Lotus to explain the situation and they very kindly offered to refund me in full. Everyone I talked to was very nice and I will definitely use them when I have future needs.

I’m usually not a Unilocaler. However, my future wife was in Palm Desert for her bachelorette party and I wanted to send flowers to her hotel. So… I Unilocaled. Found Lotus and went for it. The lady helping me was phenomenal. I asked for the flowers to get sent out the same day. No problem. No premium on the delivery cost. The flowers were delivered in 3 hours. Are you kidding me? That is absolutely wonderful! The next phone call I received was from the owner himself. Thanking me for my purchase and insuring satisfaction. Palm Desert. This place is a must use. Great business.

Everyone needs to experience this garden shop, it has a lot to offer in a tranquil beautiful art/​gardens setting. John and Marcos have personalized service for interior and exteriors. I should know, I worked with both of them and you won’t be disappointed :)

Jon helped me transform a ho-​hum pool area into a remarkable «zen-​like» space. He has an astute eye for proportion and color and is respectful of budget and timing. What used to be unremarkable is now a WOW factor. I will trust Jon with my seasonal tune ups and future projects. When it comes to desert plantings and garden design, he knows what he’s doing.

This is one of my favorite spots on the desert. I have purchased a variety of floral items and small plants here but mainly had been a window shopper here over the years. The owner and staff are so friendly I had felt free to just wander around the premises enjoying the oasis-​like beauty of the place. It gives you the feeling you are walking through a painting.
Then, last month a large party planned at our house inspired me to make a «last minute» purchase of four large, beautiful garden pots. Everyone at Lotus Garden Center got into high gear to make the delivery and arrange pots in time for my party. Such nice people and such a great improvement to my landscaping! I’m a real fan!

The best of the best!
About three weeks ago we received a wonderful arrangement from Lotus Garden as a gift. It was absolutely fantastic. The arrangement was very large and very dramatic with orchids and tropicals. It filled the space with 20′ ceilings — not easy with a floral arrangement, and lasted for weeks.
John took great care of us. So much so that Lotus Garden is now number one on our list for floral arrangements in Palm Desert.
