first visit, okay. said she would assume the duties of my primary care physician. oirdered x-rays for a growth on my left clavicle and gave me an appt. in 3 weeks. 2nd visit, the doctor had not reviewed my blood work, which was drawn at her facility, and would not answer questions. she had not reviewed the x-rays…had to leave the office to review them. was suppose to update prescriptions and schedule a CTscan on the growth, but 2 weeks later, nothing. if u want a competent doctor, she is not the one.

Be advised I am writing this review in pain and very upset and my recent experience at this office. I have been a patient of this office for over 7 years. I have always been pleased with being able to get an appointment with-in a couple of days and never waiting in the office more than 15 minutes. However, today I went in there and they refused service to me because I had a «temporary» identification card that I printed online. Even though they call and verify based on the Member ID # and they took a photocopy of my drivers license they denied me care as it is their office policy not to take a temporary ID card. At first they told me it was the policy of my insurance company, but I called the insurance company, and the insurance company said the Internet ID card is perfectly valid, and the insurance company even spoke to the office. I called back and even spoke to the doctor. At no time were they willing to risk the potential loss of $ 150 dollars to someone in pain and needing help who has been a customer of theirs for 7+ years. Additionally, I was never really that happy with the doctor, but it was so convenient(close to work) and appointments so timely I was willing to overlook some of the lack of attention to detail the doctor seemed to have.
