Stopped in today well after the lunch rush. One person in line in front of me. My order took almost 10 minutes to arrive.

Came here for food Sunday at about 315.
One patron waiting for food in front of me. Waited over 8 minutes for food 2 roast beef sandwiches, 1 potato cakes, 1 curly fries. Fries put in the bag immediately, 1 sandwich about 4 minutes later, potato cakes… Them 4 minutes later the second sandwich. Drive 5 minutes home. Potato cakes warm. Fries no hint of warmth, both sandwiches no hint of warmth. I ended up w some kind of BBQ brisket w cheese (cold) instead of my roast beef sandwich. Quite pitiful. I LOVE Arby’s. This was such a waste.

Customer service sucks. I get it, they’re making minimum wage, 0 benefits and possibly very few hours. They’re miserable. It shows.

When I came in to order I had to wait for the person behind the counter to get off the phone and then they had asked someone else to wait on me the food for the most part was good but the girl at the front counter never smiled and low like she didn’t want to be there

Haven’t been in Arby’s in a very long time, so decide it to come and get lunch. I haven’t missed much, Restaurants was slow and service was not pleasant.
I order a Swiss Chicken sandwich, was cold, greasy and tasted like old oil.
I order the curly fries, tasted like they have been sitting there for a while
I will never come back. I did not even finish my food. My money straight to the trash.

Service was really slow as always and the person at the counter acts like they don’t want to be there and doesn’t care. The food is sorta bland and is just there to fill you up without satisfaction because it is very oily.

The product for the price is always good. It is a trek from where we live but I was close by so I dropped in. Merely fuel for the body.

First of all, I’d like to point out the atmosphere; uncomfortable and smelling of feline urine. The food was… mediocre. The service was slow, uninspired, and less than accommodating. My cashier was very rude, never wiped the grimace from her face the whole time we dined. It was more than clear that the employees didn’t want to be there. To our further dismay, me and my partner had to leave our jobs early with a strong case of mud butt. DO NOT EAT AT ARBYS IN PALM DESERT! POOR SERVICE! DIARRHEA!

The staff made the busy times seem like a breeze. They were very accommodating & provided prompt service. The horseradish dispenser was either out or just filled because people couldn’t pump out any sauce; maybe because they didn’t have the patience for it (I got mine)…it was an entertaining part of dining experience, people watching, pumping non-​existent sauce.

I’d have to agree with Jim C. The food here is ok, but the staff does leave something to be desired. They always seem to be tired and bored, as though they’d rather be home doing they’re homework…

While the food here definitely ranks above that of most other local fast-​food establishments, the staff has always seemed like they snuck out of a special-​needs school. I think if I went in the back room, I’d find the real staff laying on the floor, bound and gagged.
Oh, and the place is kinda dirty, which makes me feel even worse for the staff being forced to lay on the floor.
