We were there last week for our firs time to pagosa springs and it was a bad experience ever. We travel quite often and also had stayed in quality inn before but this time was terrible. I wish I should have read those review before we stayed. My husband got buck bite everywhere on his both arms and legs. As soon as we left there he told me also he and I both were so itched on that night and I though maybe my skin is just try but then we moved to diff hotel he didn’t have any issue.

Poor customer service, sour odors throughout the hotel, and I came home with over 30 bed bug bites! I asked that the manager, «C.K.», call me, but he never did. I demanded a full refund. I highly recommend you do not stay here!

Smallish, dark rooms, with poor water pressure in the shower. But… everything was clean and the staff is friendly. Not horrible for a brief stopover to breakup a long road trip.

We stayed here on Nov. 23, 2015 and discovered there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We asked the woman at the front desk for some and was told that they did not get a delivery last Friday as they expected. She went off to find some but came back with none. She also called the manager who she thought might pick some up. After we returned from soaking we asked again and was told that the manager never showed up. She had no soap other than what we put into a cup from a dispenser in a bathroom by the bar. Hard to believe that a hotel would not be able to come up with a bar of soap. If that’s the approach of management, I wonder how they handle other health issues. Unfortunately the front desk clerk was put in a tough position but handled it as well as she could.

Last minute stop in Pagosa. Would not recommend. Really not a pleasant stay and some of the worst customer service. Management needs to show up and do there job. Checked in at 9pm, the motel was hosting a wedding and a birthday party. The front desk agent was more concerned about hanging out in the restaurant and bar with party had to wait on her. Very nice person, was accommodating, put us on ground floor offered military discount. When entering the room it was nothing special typical. Looked clean. After looking around the window was cracked the shower head was coming out of the wall the towel rack was broken, and only enough towels for one person. When checking with the front desk for a new room and enough towels, there was no answer. It was clean and late so we decided to stay and deal with it in the morning. We where told there was a full breakfast with our room. It was not, it was continental, slim pickings. When checking out, we voiced our concerns to the front desk she made notes of the broken room and said«huh, that room should not have those problems», we requested a discount, suggested the employee rate of $ 35 if we were going to have to stay in an employee room then i should pay that rate. She advised she would give me $ 10 off. When asking for a manager, we where told no manager on duty until Monday, it was Sunday. Try not to stay here

I stayed here last night and woke up at 2:00 am covered in bed bugs sucking my blood! They apologized and offered to discount the room. I’m still itching!

Extremely outdated rooms and lobby. This place needs some serious changes and fast! Breakfast was ok there was enough to choose from.

I think this place was okay for the price. Great location across from the hot springs. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy and waffles so that was okay. The hotel is fairly old and is currently being redecorated. I suspect Quality Inn recently bought this place From Best Western because I saw the old logo when entering the building. The internet download speed was 3Mbps which is adequate. Weird thing about the Internet was that you had to logon every time you opened a device. That was a bit annoying.

This place is a f-ing joke. Don’t waste your money. It’s one thing to have a outdated, slightly gross room but at the very least you should have front desk service, free wi-fi(as promised) and ice for cryin’ out loud.

Location is good, close to everything and staff was friendly. However, this is work-in-progress place as of July of 2014. I agree with the other review… breakfast was the worst. I heard they are working on it but it sure was not ready… it was sad. Quality of sheets, towel… not quality at all. They can use improvement.
