Tanya was great and we would highly recommend her. She had her stager come in and make a series of cost effective recommendations that greatly improved the presentability of the home. The photographs of the property were amazing and the property very quickly had multiple offers. Tanya continued to have open houses even after we had a buyer to ensure that we had backups in case things fell through for any reason. She would frequently check in with us via text, email or phone call. She kept us very updated and would often work late to make sure we were being timely with every step along the way. Everything was done using Docusign which allowed us to complete the sale even when my wife was out of the state. She appeared to be very well connected in our area and knew our community very well. She worked hard on our behalf to make sure things went as smoothly as possible even when there were bumps in the road. It took longer to close that we had hoped but this had everything to do with the complexity of the sale than it did with Tanya’s efforts. It could have easily taken much longer or fallen through without her help and expertise.
