Reebok Factory Direct Store

Amazing. I’ve been to this store a few times over the years and I just was saddened by what I saw this past Saturday May 24. This was Memorial Day weekend, and I expected the tourist crowd, but my 30 – 40 minute stay in this store and you’d never know it. My wife and I guess we saw all of 10 – 15 people in and out of the store this whole time from 3pm to 3:30. 4 of them were the employees two of which thoroughly enjoyed talking to each other the whole time. Never once did I see these two girls ask a person if they needed help, but the only young man there did at one point. Though he seemed very UN inspired to do do. The 4^th employee, a slightly older lady, seemed to have it together, smiled routinely and checked out the one customer we saw. I’ll likely never return to this store. We stopped in Gilroy a few hours later and the Nike store their just was rocking with lots of help from plenty of staff.

Soo many shoes! I got an amazing deal here over summer where it was buy one get one free for certain shoes! I saved over a hundred dollars on two pairs of running shoes! Defiantly worth shopping here during a major sale.

The best thing about the Reebok outlet was leaving. Went in looking for a new pair of athletic shoes, and they were out of my size. Lady on the sales floor says she’ll go back to check… and I wait… and wait… and wait… and wait some more. I think I gave them several minutes in fact while browsing the other wares. I gave up and walked out the door. Manager and staff didn’t seem all that concerned either hiding behind the counter. Found what I wanted on Amazon for $ 20 cheaper. So buy online and avoid this place!

The staff were really nice — with a slightly odd request — 4 stars!

If you get lucky enough to spy my athletic form gracefully carving its way up the coastal trail as I go for a run, you’ll see a lot of what I’m wearing bears the Reebok logo (and you’ll also realize I’m delusional about how good I look when I go running).
That’s thanks to this place — it’s walking distance from home (anywhere that’s walking distance from home gets a star just for that), it’s an outlet store and they typically have what I’m looking for.
Saturday was no exception — I needed new running shoes (to replace the ones I bought around a year ago that have been subjected to the coastal trail once or twice a week since then), so in I pop.
I quickly find shoes that fit, and everything’s on sale (at least they claim it is — hopefully I’m not just gullible).
They have lots of athletic wear too, but I’m not short of athletic wear at the moment (thanks to previous visits).
It loses a star because the staff behind the counter are always a bit slow to serve — which is kind of weird really, given that the staff out on the floor are very attentive and helpful.

I love how this place has clothes on sale! Yippie!!! I found a moisture wicking tank top for $ 7! I’ve never bought Reebok workout clothes before, but I couldn’t resist the sale.
I wish the salespeople were more attentive to their customers. I had to interrupt a conversation that a salesperson had with his friends in order to get a dressing room.
