These boots are the BEST. They last forever so they’re worth every cent. I bought a new pair for my husband yesterday and today I’m taking his old ones in to be spruced up. He wore them to fish on the rocks, (salt water) thinking he was ready for new ones anyway, but they’re still good! He just dried them out and brushed them off and wore them to work for the rest of the summer. I finally got around to ordering him a new pair.
The store keeps your information on file so a phone call is all it takes to order new boots. You don’t have to go in to be fitted each time. My husband has found a style he likes and he’s been buying the same boot for many years. You can check out all their styles online, which I did, but turns out he was already buying the best one.
Maybe I just got lucky but the person I dealt with on the phone and in the store was Roberto. He took time with me on the phone when I was checking out the different features of the newer boots online. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I’m reeeeeeely sensitive about service. HATE spending money in a store where the employees aren’t courteous. Don’t we all? Seems like sometimes these days we don’t have a choice but Roberto made this shopping experience a pleasure and like I said, the boots are the BEST.

Red Wings are awesome boots. For the price you won’t be able to find better quality work boots.
This store has a knowledgeable manager and relatively friendly employee or two.
The only reason I give this store 4 starts instead of 5 is because the manager (who works the majority of the time) can have somewhat of a bad attitude at times.
