I wish I could give 0 stars. I can’t imagine a worse restaurant, you couldn’t pay me to eat here. It’s disgusting and smells horrible. And the waitresses was the most rued person I have ever encountered at an eating establishment.

The strawberry mango frozen Margarita was amazing. The stuff chicken mixed with wine and side of mashed potatoes was finger liking good. I was disappointed with the shrimp and chicken Pasta dish not enough shrimps or chicken more pasta than anything

I am gluten-intolerant, and was advised by my server that the salad minus the croutons would be gluten free. That was incorrect information and left me sick for several days.

The slowest Olive Garden location I’ve ever visited. When you want to dine In, it takes forever for a waiter to attend to you. when you call ahead for takeout and set a pick up time, that also takes another 30 minutes for a take out order!!! Who does that? I’m so over this location!

I keep giving this OG location chances and I’m not sure why. Let me show you why you should choose any other Olive Garden location: 1. My husband always orders an appetizer for dinner. That’s all he wants. He is not interested in the salad, yet every time we go, the server freaks out, worried the manager will *think* he is eating the salad he is not entitled to. What a turnoff. 2. My carry out order is NEVER ready when I arrive. My most recent experience, it was clear they had not even started making it yet when I arrived. No excuse for that. 3. I kept finding tiny pieces of aluminum foil in my spaghetti in my most recent carry out order. Yum! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

Everything about this restaurant is just off… I remember when it first opened and we were all so excited given the location of the restaurant to our home and my college. My boyfriend and i gave this place chance after chance after chance… To begin the food is so underwhelming, the consistency is non existent, the food is always sloppily drapped across the plate, sauces are scalded onto the plate making the dishes look old and unappetizing. The management is similar to that of someone who accepted a promotion due to lack of ability to find another job. They seemed miserble and lifeless… The service, oh lord the service… each time i have come in the service has just been aweful. from long wait times, to ignorance, to lack of knowledge of the menu. You can tell these servers are just there for a tip and not because they enjoy the field. the carry out is always wrong and sloppy, salads are typically forgotten and no compensation is offered for lack of job. Needless to say my dining experience at the Olive garden in owingsmills is stopping now. I will no longer choose to dine with them. They truly need to get their act together.

Worst service ever. 45 minutes for soup and salad. Drinks were not refilled. Cannot imagine how the meal will be. What a let down. So the salad is unlimited however one would have to provide refills which is not happening. This is not quite the dining experience we had in mind. Who is in charge here?

Been several times, usually pretty good experience. If there is a wait, check the bar for open spots! Sample a couple wines, they are pretty good!

Not great. This location is close to my office so I sometimes go with coworkers. It’s usually dead for OG standards. The one in White Marsh is perpetually packed, and compared to this location I can see why. Service is ok at best, usually spotty. Once I found a hair in my salad, my meal was comped by the manager which was good. However the manager just came over and mumbled something about being sorry and disappeared. Even our intern(!) commented on the mumbly manager. Food is usually ok but this localisation very off, from the servers, to the managers, to the lack of customers. It’s all very strange.

I’m so over this location of Olive Garden! Ok so the waiter dude is extremely annoying. don’t try to change my order. The manager knew he was wrong. I’m glad some cool and good people I know who work there are looking for better employment. The lunch menu is cool I’ll rather just go to another location Blah Owings mills Olive Garden! Also, please be selective on your hiring, clean the bathrooms more and more efficient

When I first arrived at OG, the hostess did not even greet me, she was leaning on her elbow and seemed disinterested in her job, did not even look up from her phone. I said«hello, I’m here to pick up my order». Without even looking at me she said, «the other girl will help you, that’s not my job.» All the while, another waitress was counting her tips at the hostess/welcome stand, which I found this very disrespectful. And again, she did not greet me either. Eventually, the girl servicing pick-ups showed up and brought my bag and set it in front of the girl counting her tips, who complained that the to-go girl was putting the food«in her way, and could she move it.» A bit of a verbal argument occurred between them. All the while this was occurring in front of me, a paying customer, while I was attempting to pay for my food. At this point I would have walked out had my father not asked me to make a trip to one of his fave restaurants. The to-go girl did not check any of the items(which had happened every other time I had ordered to-go), nor apologize for the wait, nor apologize for the rudeness of the waitress or the hostess. In fact, this all seemed the norm for this location. Not to mention that part of their staff was smoking in the parking lot(they still had on their uniforms so I knew they were staff). I find this to be unsanitary and does not reflect well on their company. When I was leaving one of the wait staff returned back into the restaurant. After smoking. Hope she washed her hands. I will never order from OG again, nor eat at this location(which was always touch and go). I highly suggest the manager re-evaluate and retrain their staff and go over proper customer service techniques. I am completely surprised at the lack of customer service here. Not once did I feel welcome, in fact I felt like I was a nuisance to this establishment. The food also was very bland, there was a complete lack of flavor. I very rarely add salt to food, and we actually all had to add salt to all of the dishes we ordered. This was the least of our problems though. Had the customer service been better, then we would have had left a better rating. Customer service can go a LONGWAY.

One word; Horror !!! This place is so close to my home but I don’t think I will be back again. No, I am sure, I won’t be back! I hated everything I tasted here. The pizza was under-cooked as well. Don’t bother trying this place. There are better options for Italian!

Luke warm coffee. No sugar… No sauce on shrimp frittas but did find a HAIR .no tomatoes in salad. Rigatoni with as I go sauce was stuck together. cooked Much less than all dente and barely no sauce. This place is on its way out if things don’t change. Barely anyone here at 6−7pm? Manager sitting in back booth on her phone! SUCKED. Wish you could give 0stars

Good service here. I like the shrimp fritta as an appetizer. The Seafiid Pasta Alfredo is my go to unless I want to try something new.

Customer service is very slow. They need to straighten things out. The servers were also not informed that certain items were not on the menu. After about an hour the food came, but wasn’t very good. The reason to give this 3 stars was how nice the manager was after learning about the issues. She was the one redeeming factor about this Olive Garden.

The new Caribbean wings are mildly spicy, and not overly exciting. The peppercorn ranch dressing that accompanies the wings was thin and bland. Overall I wasn’t at thrilled by these wings. On the upside we had a great waitress Cristina who was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

I have been to this Olive Garden a few times and the food is usually just mediocre. They don’t really taste authentic at all. It feels more like frozen food that was heated up when I made the order. The only good thing in my opinion is the peach raspberry iced tea. I can drink that all day :). Other than that everything else on the menu is bland. But at lease the restaurant is nice and clean on the inside.

8÷15÷14 Received an email from OG for 15% off online orders. It’s Friday so I am like«LET’S DOTHIS!» I don’t feel like cooking. So my sister and I ordered a few things: Crispy Risotto Bites, Polenta Shrimp alla Greca, Smoked Mozzarella Chicken, Chicken Abruzzi, and Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberries. A lot I know… but I love good leftovers lol! The 15% off coupon came in handy with this order and I also had a paper coupon for $ 5 off that I was also able to use when I went to go pick up and pay. I arrived at OG right before my desired pick up time and was greeted warmly by the hostess and manager Cassie Dadzie. As the hostess asked another worker to go get my order I paid, then sat down and waited. When the waiter brought out my order he took everything out the bag to make sure all was correct. I didn’t open the containers since I could see for the most part through the foggy clear lid. I was then on my way to my sister’s so we could enjoy dinner, but once I got there and started to examine the meals closer there were some issues. I had NOCHICKEN in my chicken Abruzzi dish and my sisters pasta has little to no sauce. HOUSTONWEHAVE A PROBLEM. For $ 13 $ 15 these meals need to be right. So I called OG and explained the issue and they stated to come back in and they would correct the problem. Upon my arrival the manager Cassie remembered me as I was just in there 15 minutes ago and asked what the problem was. I explained it to her as the waiter went back to the kitchen to get the chicken and sauce for my order. She deeply apologized and was ever so friendly. As I waited she presented me with a $ 20 gift card as an apology and for being so understanding and easygoing with the mistake. It was so not expected but ever so appreciated. This is why I love OG even more. Now to the food: everything was DELICIOUS!!! It’s OG and the new menu is just so amazing. The Vanilla Panna Cotta with Strawberries is the perfect ending to the meal. With my gift card I plan on coming in soon to enjoy another delicious dish from one of my favorite spots! Cassie D is an amazing manager and just made the experience that much more wonderful!

The new Alfredo 3 course special for $ 11.99 was delicious. You get breadsticks your choice of soup or salad(unlimited), choice between 4 different alfredo dinners and a dessert… plus with the soup you can try them all instead of just choosing one

There was a time, when you couldn’t pay me to go to the Olive Garden. I didn’t like the food and just started going back this year only because, my husband wanted soup and salad. We went for lunch and to my surprise, it was a great experience. Our waitress was friendly and she was interested in my sorority(because she noticed my sorority shield on my necklace) and we were given the best treatment. She was a college student and was very attentive. We were very satisfied with our food; and, have come back a few times since. I said all of that to say, we went today and at first our waitress was a little distant acting. She took our drink orders and it came out right away. We got the Chicken and Gnocchi soup(which we always get). This soup is a Olive Garden favorite and I can see why. I love the dumplings in it, but I’m considered a country girl so I love dumplings. My husband who is a city-slicker, doesn’t care too much for the Gnocchi. I usually scoop his out and put it in my soup. We chose not to do an appetizer this time but their Spicy Shrimp Scampi Fritta is what we normally get and it is very tasty. Okay, back to my adventure. So we, ordered our food and during that time we had 2 bowls of soup. My husband ordered the Chicken Scampi and I ordered the Lasagna Fresca with Shrimp. My husband loved his meal… of course it’s not too much he doesn’t like. He had chicken strips with scampi sauce over spaghetti noodles. My Lasagna Fresca with Shrimp was simply vegetable lasagna with about 5 or 6 shrimp on and around it. Well, the flavor was great. The sun-dried tomato sauce was a little oily, but flavorful. The portion size of the lasagna was really small considering they usually give you a good portion size. Of course a pet peeve of mine is having to pull the tail shells off of the shrimp. Life would be so much easier if this was already done for me. So once our food came, I started to check into Unilocal. Before I checked in I read the reviews other Unilocalers were saying about the Owings Mills location and was reading some of them to my husband. As I was doing this, the waitress came up and asked how our food was, my husband who had tasted his food said it was good. She looked at me and asked me how my food was. I said I am actually checking into Unilocal and have not had a chance to taste it yet. I also shared that I am reading the reviews and they aren’t too good for this location. She smiled and said, «I will come back and check on you in a few more minutes.» Well, let me tell you… once she found out I was Unilocaling her entire attitude changed. My husband said: «Wow, she has done a sudden 180, I wonder what happened.» I told him it’s probably because I mentioned Unilocal… LOL. To make a long story short, her attitude and service style changed. We were treated exceptionally well. She frequently checked on us and even stayed a while to chat… several times. She was constantly asking how the service was and if she could get us anything else. She also made sure we knew her name(Rian) and urged us to come visit her again and ask for her. They have new menu items that are sure to please everyone. It seems like most of their staff are college students because each time we have come that is who we have gotten. Although this was a unique experience for us, it was another great experience for us. Each time we have come we have never gotten bad service… this is just the first time I am Unilocaling about it. So, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. I can’t give them 5 stars because the service didn’t get better until I said I was checking in on Unilocal,so I don’t know if the service was how she would have actually been since she didn’t start out that way.
