Wendy’s

We arrived at 12:15p, it is now 12:35p and we are still waiting on our food. There are only 3 other small groups (4 or less) inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. Iso, essentially no line. think the workers went on lunch break. No one has been to the counter or front since we ordered… incompetent for sure! I won’t be back!

This location has a nice, clean dining area with TVs and background music. I found the service to be fairly quick, and somewhat friendly. Not bad.

Incompetence reigns supreme here. Edit: came back for a second time. I now think the description of incompetence is a compliment.

This is just your typical Wendy’s. it’s clean enough, the food is decent enough for fast food. I am giving this place two stars because as I sit here eating my lunch in peace (or trying), one of the employees keeps walking over to my table and saying random sh*t about the weather, how much Mondays suck etc. I understand the types of people they can recruit to work here might not be the brightest, but seriously keep them under control and let me enjoy my one hour to myself.

Excellent breakfast. I’m happy to see that they still carry it when all the other Wendy’s dropped it. I saw a billboard promoting their breakfast several months or years ago when they first launched it. It said something like:
Love the Biscuit
Love the Egg
Worship the Bacon
The accuracy of that billboard amazes me. The fresh cracked egg is delicious, the fresh baked biscuit is delectable, but the Bacon… O, the glorious Bacon. It is spectacular. The combination of all three with a savory piece of cheddar cheese on top really brings the whole breakfast sandwich together.
Besides breakfast, I’ve found Wendy’s to always have excellent chicken. The Spicy chicken sandwich is dependable, packs a bite, and it quite tasty. Since they relaunched their fries with sea salt, it is no surprise they overtook Burger King as the nation’s number two fast food joint.
As for this particular location, the staff seem friendly, service quick and restrooms clean. No complaints here.
You’d have to be a phenomenal steak house or someplace I visit on a monthly basis to get five stars out of me.
