You are always going to have issues when you rent, so that goes without saying, but we liked living here before we bought our house. They are ferret-friendly, which was a real issue that we didn’t realize. We didn’t have to pay a pet deposit for our caged animal, which was nice, when many places just wouldn’t allow them at all. I didn’t have my dog yet when I lived here, but if I had a dog, and had to live in an apartment, this really wouldn’t be a bad place for it. They have a few pools(regular pool, lap pool, hot tub), a fitness center, and a mini fenced-in dog area. There is some covered parking and some garages. The office staff are not always the most on top of things, but they’re friendly enough. A couple of months ago, I ordered some shoes, but for some reason they got sent to the old apartment I don’t live in instead of my house. I was able to talk to the staff in the office about holding onto my package rather than having it shipped back to the sender, since I didn’t live there anymore. They were nice enough about it. I had been really worried about losing my shoes, but it ended up not being a big deal at all.
