Signature Place Apartments

You are always going to have issues when you rent, so that goes without saying, but we liked living here before we bought our house. They are ferret-​friendly, which was a real issue that we didn’t realize. We didn’t have to pay a pet deposit for our caged animal, which was nice, when many places just wouldn’t allow them at all. I didn’t have my dog yet when I lived here, but if I had a dog, and had to live in an apartment, this really wouldn’t be a bad place for it. They have a few pools (regular pool, lap pool, hot tub), a fitness center, and a mini fenced-​in dog area. There is some covered parking and some garages. The office staff are not always the most on top of things, but they’re friendly enough. A couple of months ago, I ordered some shoes, but for some reason they got sent to the old apartment I don’t live in instead of my house. I was able to talk to the staff in the office about holding onto my package rather than having it shipped back to the sender, since I didn’t live there anymore. They were nice enough about it. I had been really worried about losing my shoes, but it ended up not being a big deal at all.
