This place is pretty good, they have been lacking on service the past couple times i have gone. Food is always amazing along with their drinks.

For a chain this place is worth frequenting now and then. Here’s what you get when you walk in the door: decent diner style food with their own special ‘trying to push it all the way to awesome by giving it funny names’ touch. It’ll be loud. The burgers we ordered were tasty. My guy of course ordered the bacon double cheeseburger with bacon aioli… if bacon is good, more bacon must be better, right? Turns out, yes. No surprise there right? They call it a Pig Out Style Pub Burger, and yeah it’s pretty great. The smoky flavor from the bacon aioli makes an impression right away. I liked his burger better than mine, but I am often suckered in by the lure of caramelized onions, and I love special sauce! I chose the Turbo-Q Pub Burger. It was loaded with onions and BBQ sauce to the point of being soaking wet by the last few bites. Sometimes less is more. I would like to submit the new name of «infinity napkin burger»! The bottomless fries are a carbohydrate addict’s best and worst friend. I could sit and munch those down all night long. Long crispy wide fries. None of that funky ‘makes them artificially extra crispy’ glazing that has become popular at fast food places. These are more home-style. And that dipping sauce? Sorta like chick-fil-a, but more barbecuey… For the first time in a long time we opted for some dessert.(I bake, so it’s hard to impress me with a run of the mill brownie or cheesecake). Since I haven’t yet graduated to frying my own foodstuffs, we opted for their stack of mini donuts served with hot chocolate dipping sauce and fresh strawberry sauce. They were hot, crispy and actually kind of flaky. Made me wonder if the much lauded cro-nut must taste like that?(Haven’t had the pleasure yet myself) Hot donuts are hard to mess up and really hit the spot.

After sitting down we waited for 15 mins before any server even came our way. The service is horrendous here. The food finally came out and there was hair on my fries… Also, last time we went to the Independence location the server dropped a cup of water on my wife. We will not be coming back to either of these locations to say the least.

My(large) family and I LOVE Red Robin… usually. This location(at 135th and Antioch) is by far the worst example of Red Robin. We have given is two chances and both times it has been horrible. The service, the food, the cleanliness, ugh!, it’s all bad. When you order seven meals and more are wrong than right, it’s a problem. Spare yourself and your wallet and go elsewhere when you’re in the area. Heck, go to Micky D’s if you’re considering this particular Red Robin.

Well, of course Red Robin is one of my favorite go-to places for a great menu, good service and atmosphere. Love that they have an adults-only section with full bar. This particular location was very nice and in an upscale area with lots of great shopping. Really enjoying the«swipe at your table» credit card option now, but they need to move forward with chip & pin sets very soon. Looking forward to that!

The service at this location is particularly bad. I didn’t know that the words ‘arrogant’ and ‘server’ could go together until I came here. Our server would only bring us one dipping sauce at a time and make himself scarce when the restaurant was pretty empty to begin with. My bun was stale. I would not return to this location.

Red Robin is my guilty pleasure. Yes, it’s a chain restaurant. Yes, it’s full of kids. Yes, it’s noisy. But Sweet Baby Jesus they have some good food. Onion rings are the best — anywhere. Believe me, I’ve looked for better ones and I’ve yet to find them. Crispy coating, great dipping sauces and always cooked right. I’d swear they sprinkle crack on these things. They’re a must-have every time we visit. The gourmet cheeseburger is great. Skip the relish as it’s more likely to drip into your lap than help the flavor. The Royal burger with an egg on top is very good too. I always get mine with American cheese, everything on it and cooked medium. I’ve never once had the burger cooked wrong. Ingredients are always fresh. The specialty burgers are good too, but whether you’ll like them is highly subjective to each person’s taste. My best tip is that the Crispy Chicken sandwich is amazing. Forget Chick-fil-A or any other chicken sandwiches. This thing is freakin’ delicious. Fresh tomato & lettuce, soft bun, with just the right amount of mayo. Perfectly fried and seasoned. May be my favorite thing on the menu. Fries are OK. They’re steak fries, which aren’t my favorite, but season them with their seasoning salt(think of a BBQ dry rub) and they’re pretty good. They’re bottomless too which is great if you have teenagers. I’ve always had good service at this location. Seated quickly, good wait times, fast drink refills, etc… Prices are exactly in-line for what you get. Kudos to the management. If you’re looking for a local hangout for the occasional sit-down with the family or friends, you should consider this place. Just avoid peak kid-dining hours as it can be a mad-house when it’s full of families with kids.

The worst Red Robin I’ve ever been too. If you like slow and rude service, eat here. Manager was on the line eating fries in the back in viewing distance of our table. Server David has now twice ruined our meal. No greeting for 5 minutes. Eyes rolled when we ask for another basket of fries. Your restaurant promotes bottomless fries, deal with it. We had to ask another server for refills and 10 minutes later our drinks were brought to us and a comment from the server went like this«I’m busy as you can see, but here’s some more beverages.» Restaurant was slow and server had 3 tables. Maybe it’s just our experience with this server. But the past two trips here have been a nightmare. Server Nicole assisted our table, and was aeesime awesome. We will make sure to go to the other locations from now on.

Always great service and food! I’m a big fan of the fish and chips! If you haven’t tried them yet try the sweet potato fries! They are worth the extra charge.

I ordered a «gourmet cheeseburger» with bottomless steak fries($ 8.99) and a drink($ 2.59) at my table. A small order of steak fries arrived in about five minutes, and the meal with more«bottomless» fries arrived about five minutes later. The burger was very good, stood over 3 inches tall, had fresh veggies, was cooked as ordered(medium), and was very filling. The steak fries were delicious. Salt and pepper grinders were available. The service was great, the interior was nicely decorated, and country music was playing. E-club offers, and a buy nine get one free offer are available.

It had been years since I have been to Red Robin. My wife dragged me here and I remembered why… It was packed on a Friday night. Packed with loud, annoying kids and their careless parents. Gosh, can’t wait! Our server was friendly, and efficient, but that was by far the highlight of the evening. I had a chicken burger, my wife had a beef burger, and both were underwhelming. The chicken tasted cheap, the beef just didn’t have a lot of flavor. These endless fries that everyone raves about were nothing special, and the«sprinkle» that you can sprinkle on was just basically pure salt in my opinion, with a hint of some other mediocre flavor. All of this for a higher-than-it-should-be price. I could go the rest of my life without going back to Red Robin, but this location seemed particularly bad.

My wife had a craving for a burger and fries, and we were in the area, so we stopped in at this Red Robin. I’m pretty standard when it comes to burgers. Meat, cheese, bacon, ketchup. Full stop. Because of this, places like Red Robin don’t often get my business because they are all about the different toppings and combinations that I am just not interested in. Granted, one of my favorite places, Five Guys, has a similar premise, but I just never got into Red Robin. We must have beat a rush because when we got there, we were seated very quickly. After looking over the menu, we decided on not getting an appetizer since they have Bottomless Fries. However, it took a while to get them out. For a place that serves unlimited fries, you would think that they would constantly have them cooking. Several times during our meal, I would see waves of fries coming out, rather than a steady stream. It was likely the need was greater than the fry cook’s ability to churn them out. I would think they would just never run out and constantly be turning out fresh fries from the frier rather than make a batch, serve it all out, then make a new one. But I digress… I got the Bacon Cheeseburger, no veggies, American cheese. An obvious choice for me. My wife got the Prime Chophouse burger. Both the burgers were quite solid and we had no real complaints on the service. We also ordered their«famous» Freckled Lemonade, which is basically strawberry lemonade with chunks of strawberry in the drink. It tasted fine, but the chunks have a tendency to plug up your straw. The server kept our drinks full. All in all, it was a solid experience. I’m just not into Red Robin in general, but if interesting burgers are your thing, pay them a visit.

How can you not totally love bottomless fries? And, if you’re a burger fan. You will find a burger to suit your every mood. Thin patties, thick patties, and doubles. Small burgers and big burgers all topped with an array of fresh and interesting ingredients. Ghost peppers, Fried jalapenos, bacon aioli, onion straws, and applewood smoked bacon to name just a few. Oh, by the way… Did I mention that they have bottomless fries? Not a burger fan, weird! But, they’ve got something for you in spite of your quirkiness. Come to think of it, they also have bottomless drinks. I’m starting to see a pattern here. The pattern is… good food, good prices, served in interesting ways. Stop in to a Red Robin today and go bottomless!

Really poor service, did not cook my burger had to sit and do nothing while my family ate. I told my daughter the balloons were for after dinner by then they were all gone. When I asked one of the 18 year old hostess if she could get s balloons he refused to make one. Just horrible.
